Our TV stand arrived less than 24 hours from placing the order. Brilliant service with message updates. It is exactly as described and easy to put together (so my husband says). The cabinet/ stand is a very nice, sturdy piece of furniture, well worth the price paid.

Overall very pleased with my purchase though item arrived a day late after selecting a specified day. Item was bought at a very good price as was in the same. Was easy too assemble and looks great with my new TV attached. Would happily buy from here again.
**The plasma centre actually refunded my specific day postage costs even though I didn't ask for a refund which further shows what a good company they are so if you're thinking of making a purchase go ahead and buy with confidence.

Saw item on the website, had a couple of questions which were answered straight away via chat. Then my laptop was playing up so placed order over the phone, quick, knowledgeable and polite. We live on the Isle of Wight, it was still free shipping ( very unusual) and arrived in 24 hrs!. Very well packed, beautiful quality. Over the moon. Thank you.

Great product. Very well made and looks fabulous when made up. Only criticism is that getting the doors lines up properly is a bit of a faff as you need to adjust the frame to make the adjustment. It would be much better to build it into the hinges like they do with kitchen cupboards. Other than that I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for

I purchased a desk from The Plasma Centre and received it shortly after.

Upon checking I noticed some of the items were damaged, made a note and took photos to submit. The process was fairly straight forward and easy to use. Within a couple of days replacement items were sent. Due to factory changing the component reference numbers, I received the wrong part. After highlighting this The Plasma Centre staff ensured I received the correct part as quickly as possible.

Great from a customer service perspective despite some component items being damaged.

We can all make mistakes however it is how they are resolved that speaks volumes about the company.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again and the product is as described. The unit feels on the cheaper side without soft closing drawers but do the job. I am still happy with the product but would have hoped for better quality fittings even if price was another £10-£15 dearer.

Have order 3 different brackets from this company all really heavy duty and high quality at an affordable price.

The most recent purchase I had made was lost in transit by Yodel and the plasma centre sent out an alternative bracket that was actually a higher end model as a replacement by next day delivery at no extra cost. They clearly care about their customers and continue to provide high quality gear.

I was really surprised by the service. I ordered a glass television stand through Amazon which unfortunately was scratched, when I contacted The Plasma Centre they arranged for it to be collected free of charge and refunded me promptly. I ordered a replacement direct with the plasma centre which arrived at the time stated an was fine. 5 star customer service!

Purchased a wall mounting bracket for a new Sony XR TV , the delivery was next day and the product was top quality with all the necessary fittings and fixtures, would highly recommend.

The TV table arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. It looks great and is much safer than the old table.

Ordered a tv unit which arrived in a couple of days. Extremely well made and the instructions were very helpful (unlike most instructions). Every part was numbered and even the fittings were in separate bags with numbers on so you couldn’t really go wrong. Really happy with my unit and would highly recommend it.

Easy to purchase and prompt delivery although the delivery man was extremely rude and offhand to my wife. Assembly was straightforward as all parts and fittings were numbered, a good idea. When assembled, the unit looks very stylish and what I expected. Can thoroughly recommend.

Good value for money, solid construction, screws, dowels and fitments easy to assemble, dark black colour looks good, cable management panel is wide enough to screw an extension lead, cables are very well hidden.

From order to delivery it was 5 star. Communication was great. The unit instructions were very clear put together by my mum (82) and me (62) and the unit it's self is very well made. The added bonus of it being £50 cheaper than other online retailers was the icing on the cake. Would I buy from here again? Yes I would.
