Lovely small shop. Always can find what I want. Happy friendly staff. Its a plus that it's walkable so don't need to park.

After writing a review on the poor and rude service from the whitewater health pharmacy, I would like to write a positive review of Boots. After trying at whitewater pharmacy to get an emergency prescription from 111, that had been sent there, I had to give up due to the rude and unhelpful young lady. I went to boots who sorted it immediately and were extremely helpful and kind.

Outstanding service from Karen in this boots, her calm and compassionate nature was a soothing balm to a stressful Friday afternoon. The world would be better off in these difficult times, if there were more people like her.

Friendly staff helpful it's different to lots of boots it closes 1 till 2pm otherwise no problem free parking right outside
