DPD parcel pick up shop, received my parcel and sent it back because they said it was too big! Now no Christmas presents for my grandson! Cheers Happy Christmas to you too. You have contract and you get paid for this service.

DPD pickup nightmare. Refused to give me parcel despite me following DPD instructions. 'Cant scan that QR code'. 'You must give us id (not mentioned by DPD) or we send your parcel back'. Joke. Avoid.
