Co-op Food - Tavistock - Brook Street

There are 2 co-ops in Tavistock and this is definitely the best out of the 2. it's much larger which means a better selection, has easier, more accessible parking and the reduced section always has good deals. The only downside is it doesn't have a Costa machine like the other one

This co-op is fairly big and has a fresh bakery section. This co-op is quite old so there are no self service tills unlike some other shops, however there's never usually a big queue and there's a good amount of tills. There is only 1 floor inside so everything is easily accessible. The door is automatic. There is a 3 story car park above this shop with lots of space but it is very run down. The isles are an ok width, good enough for 2 people to fit past the isles easily. It's never too cold or too hot inside the shop which is nice on bad weather days. The meal deal selection is ok, there's not a massive range of mains or drinks to buy, but there are loads of snacks for the meal deals. There is music played at a subtle volume which is nice with a good song selection. The staff are nice in the shop but there is one employee there which is not because I was sharing a membership card and she didn't let me use it. The vibe and decorations at christmas time is very good.

Great store with plenty to offer. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The store always seem to be remarkably clean and tidy. The council car park could be better maintained and cleaned more regularly.

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. There is a pay car park above but this is owned by the council. Hint for when your shopping in the Coop... Look for the fresh 3 and the frozen £5 meal deal. Bargain!

Brilliant, big coop

Normal well stocked, fresh etc. Not the cheapest in town but nice and local. They do have the most beautiful fresh bread. Very much recommended.

No problem getting my beer here unlike going to the Cornishman pub. Because we only wanted a drink and no food all the tables were reserved

Compact store with everything you need to stick the kitchen cupboards, quality is good and it's rarely jam packed👍
