I had my Flu jab here postponed as Emily the pharmacist correctly identified I had Shingles .
Two weeks later she gave me a painless flu vaccination. Very professional and very friendly service . First class. Diolch !

Asked for advice about foot cream the assistant was very knowledgeable & helpful.

Friendly staff and the layout is spacious and a variety of products displayed. A clean store and prices marked clearly. Return to Boots and just wanted to say a massive thanks to the Pharmacist who advised me on a wrist support. It's eased the aching and I'm so thankful 😁👍

Went into boots yesterday and after looking for an item that I wanted it was out of stock on the shelf.
I asked the lady on the door was there any in stock and she went and had a look and got me the item I wanted.
I didn't get the ladies name but she is an absolute credit to the store.

Boots have a vast range of cosmetics, toiletries, personal items and gifts. They have all the usual medicines/medical requirements. They also have a baby section including beautiful baby clothes. Spacious, clean, neat and tidy. Well staffed with friendly, busy staff.

Great Boots store in Merthyr retail park. However, I would love to see a wider range of make-up brands sold there.
