I don’t suppose it’s possible that someone found a green dog lead at these services earlier this week?!? Or handed it in maybe? We can’t find any way of contacting the services area… it’s a terribly sentimental lead and would dearly love to be reunited with it if there was ever a chance!

Good service area food, fuel, parking, clean toilets

First night away in truck here. Well priced too

Friendly staff. The shop had all the essentials. But some shelves were a bit bare. Though it was 12 at night.

Very clean and modern services. Unfortunately the subway staff were unhelpful.

Disabled toilet not fit for purpose- hand rail broken and unusable and emergency cord too short- dirty.

The place could do with a revamp but made far worse by the fact it's filthy the toilets are disgusting majority not having toilet paper. Broken bits of toilet flung on the floor. All around the food area is filthy food on and under all the tables, also a wild sparrow flying around not great either, i dread to think what the hygiene people at the council would think !!!!!

Very rude, unhelpful staff. Place was dirty and shelves were very empty. They look after the accommodation, Raglan Lodge. Gave me a room key that wouldn't open the door. After returning twice to the counter to get a key that worked, the room was already occupied. Phoned across to get the problem resolved, staff said they would come over. After waiting for more than 25 minutes, no body came. I went back to the counter as my 5 year old grandson was very tired and needed to sleep. The manageress was extremely rude, I asked for a refund to which caused a disagreement. My grandson, by now was tearful, tired and frightened by our room being occupied. I finally got a refund and the manageress actually threw my receipt at me.
Do not go near this place, the entrance and corridors were filthy.

No idea what is going on here, what was a go to service station enroute to the north has deteriorated massively.
The toilets seem to be an after thought with leaking urinals, dirty floors, hand dryers that don’t work.

Really slow inattentive staff waited ages at Starbucks then gave up tried Burger King really really rude staff more concerned with swearing and having a laugh behind counter than serving people. I would suggest that if you have to stop here only use the toilets but they are not much good either with broken soap dispensers and half toilets out of action or dirty!!

Stopped for hgv fuel 22,4,21 must be the rudest cashier ever, a well balanced woman as she has a chip on both shoulders, never again, can't give less than 1 star or i would
You have a review concerning the disabled facilities, the reviewer has clearly stated the problem and your requesting that they contact your customer services and report it, appalling comment to make ,the reviewer as already told you the issues.
