One Stop

Went in a couple days ago to grab a few bits lovely members of staff they had a conversation with me asked how my day was going and made sure that I had found everything I needed. They didn’t try to rush me when looking for my bank card (which I’d dropped outside) lovely staff. Very happy to have visited!

Hello just thought I’d pop one on here as some very kind staff of the Gateshead onestop helped me get prime for my son the other day adam , will and Bev it’s the only thing he will now have in his lunch box so

Staff are amazing.

Recently visited this shop with my son as he was in need of some prime (like all kids latley) and spoke to a lovely lad called Adam who pointed me in the right direction he was helpful and polite very good customer service

Everytime ive gone in this shop ive waited matters of minutes to be served when the shop is dead as the staff think its more important to finish their conversations. Items on the shelf are labelled at one price then put through on the till as much more. I try to avoid this shop and suggest all others in the area do the same.
