Words cannot express my gratitude towards EG clothing and Paul. I ordered custom polo shirts for a stag do from another company, unfortunately the company I ordered from "forgot" my order and I was left with less than 48 hours to source replacements. I searched for local supplies and found EG clothing, the website showed the business was closed for the day, however I used the chat. Paul responded out of hours and went above and beyond to help me. Within an hour, a custom order was made and payment made the following morning. 24 hours later, the polo shirts were ready. Paul kept in touch at every stage - this level of customer service is just incredible. Not only did Paul bail out of a situation, those polo shirts were involved in some fantastic memories over the stag do. I'm sure everyone in Prague over the weekend seen those shirts. The quality is perfect - the embroidery had no issues and the print was excellent on the backs. I genuinely can't rate this company and Paul enough.

Over the last few months, I have ordered several polo shirts from EG Clothing, each customized with a variation of my new business logo as Paul helped me refine it to the best version it could be. The quality? Impeccable. The turnaround time? Remarkably quick.

The embroidery on the polos is crisp and professional, exactly what I was looking for. And the speed at which they delivered these custom pieces was genuinely impressive.
