Always a great pleasure and experience going to the Chipping Campden shop. Delighted I’ve now completed by 12 person Ashbury set and brought with my special birthday vouchers the knife block set, which has been on my wish list for sometime.
The staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, thank you and I look forward to another trip.

If you’re looking for quality products and/or something special as a gift, Robert Welsh is the place to shop. We’ve been shopping here for many years and have recommend to family and friends they also now collect this great range of products.

We went to the shop just before Christmas to buy presents and again yesterday to purchase cutlery and pans. The level of service from Charlie, on both occasions, was exceptional - he was attentive to our needs, providing excellent advice, and it was evident that this experience was about ‘us’ - not about a quick sale (not that they need it).

Sam gave us an excellent overview of product knowledge and aftercare - she made us feel very welcome and unhurried.

We went to the shop to buy a set of cutlery to match some that we already had. The staff were exceptional, able to identify the range we had and advise on the different implements that made up the range. Once we had decided on our choices, they went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best price, which in our eyes was a bargain. Exceptional customer service and highly recommend!

After a wonderful journey through the English Countryside, I found the most excellent Robert Welch Studio, nestled quietly in Chipping Campden.

There I was greeted by Debra, whom after twenty years of loyal service representing this superb Brand, was most helpful and very knowledgeable.

After over a decade of successful usage my kitchenware, including versatile chefs cooking knives and fine cutlery could be added to, even in the same styles! How many Brands can boast that I wonder?

Do pay a visit if you are able, this studio shop is well worth it, as it represents a kaleidoscope of colours and homeware options to embellish any home.

While visiting the area and browsing local shops we came across the Robert Welch Chipping Camden Studio shop and popped in to have a look. After being greeted and welcomed by the lovely Diane it wasn't long before we had a whole new cooking set and a new cutlery set. Diane was very helpful and enthusiastic even though we popped in just before closing time. Would highly recommend, far better to see and feel rather than buying online.

Popped in to look at Cutlery for daughters wedding. What a great selection and well laid out to handle feel to be able to make the right choice. Staff had a lovely balance of helping and advice with giving space and time to choose. point of note we tried three big deptartment stores in Birmingham and only found one that had Cutlery which happened to be 4 sets of Robert Welch. So could have saved our selves a trip and gone straight to thier shop.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, guiding us through the sets available. They were flexible and accommodating too, helping us to design the set we wished to have.

We've been eyeing up some Robert Welch products for a while now and whilst holidaying in the area we thought we'd pop in to take a look.

The guys here are fantastic, friendly, super helpful and have great product knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The store is beautifully laid out and allows you to view the entire product range.

What was initially going to be a reconnaissance mission turned into us getting a little carried away and purchasing everything we wanted there and then.

What a lovely visit. In the area sightseeing and popped in as we passed the shop. We had heard of Robert Welch but not seen how lovely the products are. A very helpful member of the team, I think her name was Debbie, talked us through lots, and we ended up buying a wedding present for some friends. Thank you for looking after us! Came in looking for a special wedding gift for some good friends. Such an amazing selection we were a bit lost about what would be suitable. Diane was so helpful and showed us all the different ranges. We narrowed it down to some gorgeous windrush candle sticks, because the collection can grow as they grow as a couple through married life - what a beautiful sentiment. Thank you, we will definitely be back for future gift guidance!

I don't often leave reviews as requests come too frequently but I do like to reward exceptional service with a positive review when it's earned, which in this case it truly was! Debbie & Sam were so helpful in our search through the total range of cutlery on display, which was so worth the visit to this Aladdin's cave of shiny temptations! It really is so important to touch and feel the cutlery rather than rely on online pictures. Having eventually made our choice after much advice from the pair of them, we naturally wandered around the beautiful and extensive shop and also succumbed to a lovely (obviously also very shiny!) wine cooler, but managed (for now) to resist further temptation...

PS I recently contacted them about what looked like small rust marks on some of the knives, but they typically helpfully explained this wouldn't be rust but is because the knives have a different finish to make them sharper. All it took was some auto chrome polish to restore them to their former glory!

Love this shop. Everything is beautiful, the lines, the simplicity of style- perfect. We gave son and daughter in law a cutlery canteen for their wedding and add to it each year, within 5 minutes we have identified the next three year's presents. Superb quality with friendly and efficient service
