The behaviour of the staff was very polite... The atmosphere of the resort was very beautiful and tranquil... It was just an awesome experience to stay at this resort!

1 km distance from Prantik railway station it will take time maximum 10-15 minutes . Room at non-ac , some room at ac, attached Bathroom, Balcony , free room service , free car parking, food is available from own restaurant .

It's a really nice resort. ... especially the entire stuffs were were really polite..the pool time was till 8 pm but the second day we were in the pool for at leay9:14 or so ..but they really allowed all of there guests..the next time we are going to visit shantiniketan am gonna book this resort..thanks guys .❤✌

Good Property, Behaviour & Service Was Outstanding. Location is a lil inferior, but for someone who likes nature & wants to enjoy a peaceful & quite place just like me, this might be a very good option.

Would Like to highlight Few Points.
+Rooms are clean & airy but would expect a better door lock for privacy & security. Intercom was not available.
+Expected a basic grooming kit. Soap & Shampoo was a lil too basic. A tooth brush & paste would have made the experience better.
+One can hire refrigerator as per need at very reasonable rent. This was really good.
+Pool timings are good. Pool was clean, but a proper shower station was missing by the pool. Or I might have not searched for it.
+Room Tarrif & Food Bill was really pocket friendly. And would say it was very justified.
Had a good experience all together.
Only few points like tooth paste & brush, proper door locks & Intercom.

Amazing experience. Lovely place to chill out with friends. Large open spacious area. Clean swimming pool, Wonderful staff behaviour. Even the food quality is very good. Located at the remotest place in Taltore. Calm and peaceful place to spend.

Just loved my stay at this amazing place with such a warm welcoming service by the staffs. The food was too good. Price of rooms as well as the food was damn reasonable.
Overall it was a pleasure staying here.

Amazing place to stay. It is located in Village and away from town's population. That's charming part of its location. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is swimming pool and plenty of beautiful space to walk. The service is also good here. Food was delicious.
We had great stay here. Recommended for family and group of friends also.

The behaviour of the staff is excellent specially at reception Mr.Mondal is very good. Excellent service with great location. Next time we will stay here again. Come & enjoy the resort.
Last but not the list swimming pool is excellent with music & light the ambiance at night it is very beautiful.

Very nice management, out of our three rooms, one room air conditioner broke down in the night, fixed it as soon as possible the next day, the quality of food is very good, in one word, it was great, I will definitely recommend this hotel in Shantiniketan for others to stay.Just one important information this resort is a bit far from the town, 20 -25 minutes from the resort to Sonajhuri Hut.

Pros:
1. Very well decorated property with good service.
2. Clean, hygienic environment.
3. Swimming pool & beautifully decorated garden
4. Security guard posted at main gate
5. Room sizes are larger than average.
6. Food quality & quantity of in-house restaurant is very good.
7. Mini refrigerator was provided in room, that was an appreciable addition.
8. Attached balcony area of each room is a good place to relax
9. Behaviour of people managing the place is good & proactive
10. Remote location gives this place the peace, one needs to stay away from the noisy city-life.
11. The property covers a large area, surrounded by wall. So, there is plenty of space to stretch your legs.
12. WiFi coverage was really nice during my stay. Internet access was truly there.

Cons:
1. Being situated at a remote location, you either need your personal transport or need to book a local transport during the days of your stay here. Because, I couldn't find availability of shared public transport anywhere near the property.
2. Again, due to remote location, there is no place to eat or have snacks nearby this property. No shops or restaurants at all. Hence, for food, you have to be completely dependent on the in-house restaurant.
3. Though I found Zomato delivering to this location, getting outside food inside the hotel will depend on management's permission. I'm not sure why then its mentioned in the terms of MMT for this stay, that outside food is allowed!.
4. During power-cuts, AC remains unavailable. Though power backup is there for all other electrical connection.
5. Access to drinking water is not directly available for guests. You need to call the service staff for it. I faced a bit issue as one service staff tried to force sell packaged drinking water at 30Rs/Liter to me, though Aquafresh water-filtration system is available in the property. But later this issue got resolved, when the lady at the desk interfered. Thanks to her, I forgot to ask her name.
6. The road towards this property is still under construction. Hence, your bums might feel some pain while going in & out in any vehicle.
7. Dogs are social animals & cute pets. But it becomes a little bit problem, when few of them start using the chairs in the balcony. Specially uncleaned dirty dogs. This needs to be taken care of by the management.
8. In-house food prices seemed a bit towards the higher range. Might not be economical for all.

We had a great stay. The pool was the best thing. Food too was good. Attendants were helpful. It's a bit far away, but full of serenity. Better if you are travelling by your own car

Fantastic experience and foods was awesome.

All good , specially cottage and swimming pool are too much good and total atmosphere is full of garden.

Rooms are comfortable..great ambiance..main attraction swimming pool

Perfect to stay with family or friends. It has a swimming pool and kopai river is very close to this hotel.
