Excellent location at the heart of sonajhuri haat. Cordial behaviour of every staffs. Rooms are small but well maintained. superb stay at this budget. Food is awesome.

This is a basic Restaurant located inside the SONAJHURI HAAT area in the Bolpur/ Shantiniketan international heritage institute Created by Nobel Laureate Rabindra nath Thakur more than 100 years back.
This Market had developed some 12/15 years slowly promoting local villegers produce and artefacts . This restaurant serves complete Bengali cuisine with great flamboyence having quite standard quality foods with variety We Bengalis appreciate mostly.
The cost is little up-beat but availability timings are quite large like from 10 am till 6 pm in the restaurant v ning. This time we had our lunch at around 5 pm, and still prepare hose stewarts and service boys wes serving with same zeal and enthusiasm.

They serve the food on Brass and metal utensils and the ambiance of the restaurant is also loke a jungle palace and hemed usually looks nice
They also have started a Coffee /Tea & Snacks counter also this time who are also doing great business.
So, next time you are visiting Bolpur/Shantiniketan and prefer Bengali Cuisine can try it out. Thanks.

We were healed in a peaceful environment surrounded by trees. There were vegetable gardens around the hotel, and the dishes made from those healthy ingredients were very delicious.

Location is best in this area, just beside the sonjhurir haat. And rooms and services are also very nice and comfortable. Behavior or each staff is good. Food is also good.

Perfect place to stay in Sonajhuri. Food quality is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. Managing authority is so helpful and polite. Nice ambience.

My most preferable resort to stay at Santiniketan is Ram Shyam VR. When I plan to visit with my extended family this is my most favourite place. Their hospitality is just wow.

It's situated near Sonajhuri haat.Good place to spend time with near and dear ones. Well maintained and clean rooms.Servce was really beautiful .Food was very delicious, their veg thali is highly recommended.Must visited place.

It's situated just beside sonajhuri haat,
Loved their food, I took Veg meal ( including Unlimited Rice-Veg Dal-Alu Posto-Alu Potol torkari , chatni Papad ) and Chicken Kasa , taste was very good , piece of chicken was large and soft . Price of veg meal was Rs 180 and chicken kasa was Rs 200. U can park your car , bike and toto infront of restaurant . U can book toto by Rs 200 for up-down journey from bolpur station .

Staff behaviour was so good. Food was overpriced. Location and surrounding was so good.

I'm not staying here but i reached their restaurant for lunch and it was really awesome..food is delicious serve process is just amazing and last but not the list ambience is awesome..i obviously wished to stay there on next time when go to sonajhuri.

It's situated at the end of sonajhuri haat. Location wise it is very good and very calm. Rooms are clean but I think room size is small according to the rate. Food is very good and this restaurant is popular. Staffs are very polite and behaviour is also very good.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The best part of this resort is it's location. Its located right inside the Sonajhuri forest where the haat takes place. Very hospitable staff, spacious room and clean, hygenic washroom are some of the added bonus points. Also the food is great. We tasted both bengali and chinese dishes and both were equally good. They hosted baul performances infront of the resort every day of our stay (Friday - sunday) and we had a great time. Overall I highly recommend this place.
