Meerasray(মীরাশ্রয়) Guest House (Very near to viswavarati campus)

The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were very good. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. The service was excellent. Each and everything were very good at this hotel. All the staffs are friendly and make customers feel welcome. Very much satisfied overall.

One of best hotel i have ever had. From the beginning to the end they behaved with us very well. Each and every staff was very nice. And the food was delicious the quality and the quantity was very good. We irritate them too much but apart from all the things they coordinate with us and they helped us with their suggestions where to visit and when to visit. It was a great experience. And last but not the least Saikat da thank you thank you for everything will visit again ❤.

Most affordable and budget friendly hotel in santiniketan. I must say there location is best in santiniketan, you can go anywhere from here and all transportation facility is available here. Staff, manager and owner is very good, time to time they have asked us for our comfort. Rooms are very good with ac, balcony and if you are visiting with groups then its best place. Room starting from 1500 in off season. Must recommended place as per as our current experiance.

I can't thank enough the staffs of this hotel, first of all the rooms and services were excellent and the food they serve at that cost is mind blowing 👌. One of our friends got really sick and the staffs were so kind and humble they took very good care of her when we were out for the visits, and lastly I forgot some of my stuffs in the hotel room which I bought from shonajhuri hat, and they were so helpful that they packed and curioured those stuffs to me. I have never had such an Amazing customer service experience from a hotel. Thank you so much Anupam and team , you are the reason I loved shantiniketan and enjoyed the stay . Thank you so much keep serving such amazing experience and keep helping. Thank you so very much . Will recommend everyone.

Pros. 1. Very calm atmosphere.
2. Clean room and toilet.
3. Reasonable price.
4. Restaurant food quality is good like home.
5. The behaviour of the staff and owner is impressive.
6. Near Visva-bharati so you can complete the visva-bharati tour by walk.
Cons.
1. Room has no almirah or cupboard which is quite difficut toh place your linen.

Meerasray is in the best possible location. It's central for all the sight seeing. The rooms were big enough and clean. The food was amazing and affordable in rates.
Anupam is your go to person when you are staying in this property. I visited on a weekday so there was less crowd and there was a President visit on that day, so I couldn't access Museum etc. but Anupam took me on a local tour and showed me the best of Shantiniketan. Thumbs up 👍 to this place and the host.

Excellent place for who loving peace of mind. All the staff of this place are well trend and behave well with guest. I recommend everyone for stay this place at least one time. We stayed here for a weekend. And it was an absolute pleasure to meet Anupam and Team. The place is greatly located near Viswa Bharati Campus. It's 20mins in Toto from Bolpur Station. Chhatimtala is 5mins walk from here. All the time Toto and other commutes available.

Anupam and team took great care of our food preferences. I can't thank him less for his humble, heartwarming attitude to welcome us and understand our preferences. Veg and Non Veg both were home style cooked and I can't forget Paratha and Chicken Kosha from his Kitchen(Oh Lovely type :p).

Rooms were clean , convenient with balcony to get fresh air. Also they have Baithak-Khana style outside seating for morning/evening time chats or chai time.

Altogether, I felt "another home in Bolpur" with you guys. আবার আসব কিন্তু!!

Nice location, well behaved staffs, foods also so homely. Toto service available from arrival to departure with full touring. Mr. Kiran da was excellent tour guide.

I have stayed here for two nights and a almost 2 days. I found Meerashray a very positive, safe and calm place. This is the perfect place for those who like to take walks in Santiniketan anytime they wish. For those who would like to gel into the daily life of Santiniketan and remain as a part of it.
It's not a Hotel, but a Guest House. So expect that kind of a setting and atmospehere. Be mindful when u select this place. It's for those specific people who love Peace, Calmness and a Cordial atmophere.
Proximity to Santiniketan-Sriniketan road is an added advantage. This road contains all of the major spots youn want to see in Santiniketan.
And as a solo-female traveller, I felt this place so Safe and confortable. Best part is a bunch of very friendly and ready-to-help Staff. 😍

The review wont be complete, without saying about the Food. It's very Homely & Tasty. Every meal I had from there was so delectable. Like coming from our own Kitchen. 😋

So go for it. Just everything a Guest House should have, is there..
