This is not only the best restaurant in the area, it is one of the best in the world (in my opinion). I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants. This is a hidden gem that may not be for long if the critics discover it. The chef is very creative and challenges the pallet with unique and complex flavor combinations. Silva and Claudio are also amazing!

Well. Once again Organika delivers. We had the 10 course tasting menu with wine pairing. And it was just as such experience should be; surprising, tasty and relaxed.

The signature cocktail to start us off - gin infused with salvia - simple but extraordinary. The pasta with grated dear - just really well thought through. The cherry gelato with shrimp - crazy but good crazy. The wine pairing...excellent and surprising. And the service; relaxed but professional.

The ambience and views at Organika is just...amazing.

Cortona delivers!

Beautifull atmosphere, Gorgious location, very welcoming hostess (owner), tastefull and creative food, really good quality of local pairing wines. We had a wonderful evening and will come back for sure.

Organika is the most memorable dining experience of my life. Everything was absolutely perfect. The setting, the staff, the food, the drinks, the sunset... The 10 course menu was so varied and unique, and the drink pairings were fantastic. Being there once was so special, but it is now a goal of ours to get back to Cortona and Organika.

Such a wonderful experience! We enjoyed cocktails on the outside terrace to start with a fabulous view over the Tuscan valley and the gorgeous roof of the Cortona cathedral. After moving into the intimate dining room we enjoyed the 10 course tasting menu - the restaurant graciously allowed three of us to choose the veggie menu and three of the traditional menu. The dishes were creative, beautiful and generously sized. Needless to say we left stuffed. As an added bonus we enjoyed watching the kitchen staff hard at work preparing the luxurious meals. Highly recommend if you are near Cortona.

Great farm to table experience. Creative dishes, very well delivered. We sat outside with a great view into the valley. Super-nice crew, with great attention to detail. Good wine list. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 6 who had the 10 course tasting meal and we couldn't have enjoyed our evening more! The food and atmosphere were excellent. A highlight of our stay in Cortona!

I feel like a handful of tiny things could be improved, at least for my particular palate: one of the paired wines had a tiny, but noticeable defect tasting of iron (more than what I would call mineral); some ingredients for some dishes may have been a bit overpowering / overdosed (like the clove with the beautiful lavender ice cream; the orange cubes with the seafood risotto, the maybe too brown butter with the beautifully acidic peach)

The homemade vin Santo and olive oil were very nice cherries on top and very well mad

The overall experience was very, very worthwhile, thanks a lot!

Looking for a Michelin 1 star+ experience with an emphasis on amazing food presentation and taste, then you won’t be disappointed. Come ready for a 5 or 10 course tasting menu that will blow you away. Not your typical Tuscan style preparation but instead local ingredients prepared in an innovation by Michelin-star restaurant trained young chef. Simply spectacular! Only hope we can get a reservation next time we are in town.

Excellent experience!!! Great food and wine pairing in a beautiful modern Toscan setting. A very nice combination of outdoor kitchen and long dining tables overlooking the valley. The chefs were just two meters away, preparing food based on excellent local ingredients. Also nice with super local wines from Corona. Friendly atmosphere with owners and staff working well together.

Incredible food, setting and service. Very inventive cooking which consistently hits the mark. We went for the five course tasting menu and in reality it was closer to 10 courses all in, spaced leisurely over a three hour dinner. Would highly recommend.

We had a magical dinner here last night.
It is hard to say what was better, the creative and delicious 10 course meal, the amazing service, or the breathtaking sunset.
Everyone we met had so much pride about Cortona and Tuscany and how they celebrate them in the food.
We certainly hope we can return to Cortona again in the future and experience this all over again.

An unforgettable culinary experience! We went to Organika on our first night in Cortona and hope to go back weekly as the menu is changed to follow what is in season at the time! Amazing presentation and staff! It was the most relaxed atmosphere and delicious tastes I’ve had in years!

We had the 5 course dinner and was so impressed we had the 10 course dinner the day after. One of the best experiences I've had in my life. If you are within 100km distance, make yourself a favor and go hear and eat. Personal was super friendly and we were allowed to buy local wine in great quantities directly from them.

Just an exceptional restaurant. Nothing like anything else you will find in Cortona - this place easily deserves a Michelin star. Fantastic food, phenomenal wine pairings and possibly even better service.

We came here with our grandma and had the evening of our lives.
