Such a nice spot. Great view over the valley, nice park to wander around a bit after dinner. Close to the city but quiet. Locals cone to hang out here. Bring a pizza and some wine, watch the sunset.

Very nice decent size park in summer is used to see film

This is a big park in Cortona. Very pretty and has beautiful views. Lots of shady areas of its a hot day. There is a fountain and a kids play area. There is also a newer sushi restaurant that is good. This is a great place for a slow peaceful walk. Halfway down on the hillside is the path to a public pool. At the end of the trail is a tennis court. If you keep going the road curves to the left and goes up towards Torreone. This is the same road you can walk to go past and see Bramasole (Frances Mayes real house from Under the Tuscan Sun).

Nice place with great view to the valley, and a clean public w.c. as a bonus :)
