Loved this place! The Mushroom Risotto and the Tagliatelle with Pistachio and Pancetta were absolutely perfect. Very nice service and very clean restaurant. 100% endorse.

It was the best dinner in Cortona we’ve had (and we’ve been here for a week). Gnocchi were very tender, beef tartar and potato cake were delicious, and tagliata was much better than in other places, the oil sauce was wonderful. Our daughter loved the hamburger. Grilled vegetables were available here as a side dish, and we really missed that in other places in Cortona. Sweets- profitroli and hot chocolat cake were expectedly perfect. As a side note: we were extremly delighted with the whole experience. Light simple modern-style interior.

I’ve been coming to Italy on holiday for close to 30 years and the quality of food and menu offerings in this restaurant are absolutely outstanding. I’m vegetarian and generally find I’m limited to one option. Not here. They have really ensured that all dietary factors are considered. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, including the toilets. If you’re visiting Cortona- you should definitely check this restaurant out. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Photos include husband’s choice of a meat dish.

Located in wonderful Cortona, great spot for lunch near the centre. Gnocchi was rated “best ever”! Pice was very good. Good service.

Perfect place. Great food and the best service we had in Italy. The waiter was patient, extremely friendly and competent, having to run the entire restaurant himself. Totally impressed. Homely place with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Must try is the specialty pistachio pasta and truffle risotto.

Probably the best restaurant in Cortona. Lovely rustic feel to the place and the staff were extremely welcoming.

Food was outstanding - no question. So much so we returned the next day. Lovely antipasti starter, then we had the most simple of dishes - beef in red wine and mashed potato. Absolutely delicious!

All enjoyed with local Cortonese wine.

The waiters (probably the owners) were really kind, spoke English and the food options are really wide! The atmosphere is really welcoming and cozy. The meals were absolutely delicious, we ate tagliatelle al ragu and ravioletti con formaggio.

Very delicious fresh made food with fresh ingredients. Waiters are very friendly and helpful, specialities are a must try! The Al Ragu Pistacchio tagliatelle was fantastic! Would 100% reccomend 👍🏻👍🏻💯

In my humble opinion the best local dishes in Cortona. Simple, honest and delicious food. The owners and staff are delightful and helpful, which can not be said for all restaurants in Cortona. Only two small tables outside, so reserve one beforehand if you like to sit outside. Inside is not that charming, but very comfortable. The primi choices are plentiful and all delicious. Lovely wine choices as well. All at very reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect, the food, the place, the wine and the service. We had a tagliata and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great local food, served by very kind staff. Price is surprisingly affordable considering the quality of the food. We particularly enjoyed the appetizer platter, an explosion of tasteful bites.

Four of us enjoyed a simply wonderful meal here last night. Pasta - outstanding, not just the sensational sauces but the completely delicious pasta itself. Wine list is a revelation for glorious local wines at very reasonable prices. Charming, knowledgeable service, thank you very much indeed.

What a fantastic little spot, neat tidy and clean, relaxed but attentive service and very good food, rustic but nicely presented and all very tasty and thought out. Would highly recommend for anybody visiting.

Absolutely wonderful food at a very good price. Off the main tourist road in the town and we’ll worth a visit. Make sure you book as we sat outside for lunch and plenty were turned away.
The gnocchi with zucchini and pine nuts was melt in the mouth.
Braised beef with wine, pepper and mash was delicious. The meat just dissolved and heaps of flavour.
The steak was perfectly cooked.
Local red wine was fine and again very reasonably priced.
Shame we are leaving tomorrow :(

We have enjoyed the delicious food. Apetizer 'taglieri il gozzoviglio' was fantastic, the pastas were great, gnocchi with gorgonzola superb and the beef stew gorgious. Besides wine, try the craft beer; the double ipa 'ipnotica'😋

As Italian guy I can only say "This is the place".
Antipasto Vegetariano is something amazing, so many different tastes and so well prepared! Picci with vegetarian sauce were creamy and delicious, lovely location, kind service, very fair price.. what else?? Best farewell ever from this city.

We had an excellent meal here with Gnocchi, chicken and beans. Wine was excellent and 5 euro for 500ml. Great little patio tables and fantastic service. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. Probably one of the best value meals we’ve eaten in Italy.

Excellent experience. The food was well prepared and the service attentive. There were interesting choices on the menu as well as an assortment of local options. The sine, as everywhere in this region was good and affordable.
