Residence Millennium

A very nice and convenient location to stay, while participating on a conference at JRC Ispra, Italy - the appartments are very close (just 200 m).

The owners are really kind, very helpful and attentive to questions, also english-speaking.
You can get a shuttle service from/to the airport directly by the owners, including some advices on sightseeings and convenient shops nearby.

The appartment has a plenty of space, with all I needed: a convenient living room, integrated with kitchen (equiped for cooking of meals), bathroom and bedroom. A nice garden is also available to relax in the sun.

I strongly recommend it!

I've been living here for three months and I cannot recommend enough the pace for anybody who needs either short or long term accommodation! The place is at a moment walk from JRC, and the apartment comfortable and nice, with plenty of space and a place in the garage for your car.
The owner, Marco, is a great guy and very helpful!

The owner and his wife are very nice, helpful and don't hesitate to make you feel home by organizing activities on weekends or inviting you spontaneously for a coffee.
Rooms are good. A garage place for cars and bikes is great!. The internet works quite fine. Recently a washing machine was installed for shared use. In case you order s.th. online the owner can receive your packages an give to you in the evening. Thanks for the nice stay!

For job reasons I stayed at Millenium for some months. The owner Marco and his wife are absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. The position of the residence was perfect for my needs and the rooms were perfectly clean and silent. I think in that area is not possible to find better, they offer the best quality for the best price. I will return for sure!

Having lived here for almost 4 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
The location was pretty much perfect, being right on the doorstep of JRC Ispra, a 10 minute bike ride to either lake Maggiore as well as lake Monate, which are ideal for swimming in the summer days. Additionally there's plenty of mountains nearby to go cycling or hiking to.
The apartment comes with all the basic amenities, provides ample space for storage, and even comes with a spot in the downstairs garage.
The owner - Marco, as well as his wife Miki, have been very helpful throughout my stay, always taking care of any problems I may have had be it with the apartment or even general enquiries about living in Italy.
I can highly recommend this place for both short and long term stays if you're visiting the area.

I stayed here during three months while working at the JRC. It is really conveniently placed for that purpose, you just have to cross the street and you are there. The bilocale room I rented was spacious and had everything needed to stay comfortably. Also parking space was available, which always comes handy in Ispra. Last but not least, Marco and his family were extremely kind and helped me every time I needed, making my stay really enjoyable. I really recommend it! If I come back I will return to the Millenium Residence! :)

Me and my wife stayed at Millennium Residence for 3 weeks. Very quiet place and close to the main entrance of the JRC European Commission . All services and facilities (internet, kitchen, etc.). Marco (the owner) was really nice taking care of everything we needed.

An affordable, clean, and comfortable place. The location doesn't get any better if you work at the JRC. My favorite thing was the family running the residence -- they are very friendly and helpful.

Struttura molto bella gestita da una famiglia davvero gentile. Ho soggiornato in un bilocale del residence per qualche mese per motivi di lavoro e mi sono sentita come a casa: Marco e sua moglie sono stati sempre molto disponibili e sono venuti incontro a tutte le mie esigenze con estrema cortesia. La struttura è dotata inoltre di un parcheggio sotterraneo comodissimo e di un giardino davvero ben tenuto.
Se dovessi tornare nelle zone sicuramente mi affiderò a loro!

Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili come raramente se ne trovano.
Residence con camere complete di tutto. Pulito, silenzioso, semplice ma assolutamente confortevole a fronte di un prezzo semplicemente imbattibile.
Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per lunghe permanenze anche fuori stagione. Perfetto per famiglie.
Ad 1 Km dal pulitissimo lago di Monate e 5 minuti dal Lago Maggiore.

Abitare al Residence Millennium è stata un'esperienza unica, Marco e Miky sono persone fantastiche e sempre disponibili, ti accolgono nella loro famiglia e ti fanno sentire a casa. La struttura è molto comoda sia per la posizione che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente i laghi sia per la sua conformazione, con appartamenti ampi e comodi, dotati di tutto il necessario e, ciliegina sulla torta, un grande parcheggio coperto, perfetto per chi tiene al proprio veicolo! A Marco ed alla sua famiglia voglio solo dire grazie, per l'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la premura e la simpatia! Spero di rivedervi presto! Un grande abbraccio, Lorenzo.

Siamo stati al residence 3 mesi con il mio fidanzato ed è stato proprio come sentirsi a casa! I gestori, Marco e Miky, sempre super gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutare in ogni esigenza.
Molto ben accolti e amati gli amici a quattro zampe, dove gli è permesso di giocare nell'ampio giardino che circonda il residence.
Stanze molto pulite, servizio di lavanderia ottimale e comodo parcheggio al coperto. La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, supermercati a soli 3 minuti e bar, pub, tabacchino e benzinaio a 2 passi, e sia per godersi camminate in totale relax nei pressi del lago.

Proprietà gentile e premurosa. Stanze grandi e accessoriate. Ottime per soggiorni lunghi. Camera da letto essenziale ma pulita. In ogni caso le attenzioni del proprietario e la gestione familiare assicurano soggiorni piacevoli. Tornerò sicuramente quando in zona. Un caro saluto

Una settimana di vacanza in famiglia davvero stupenda! Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben curati e puliti e i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Il nostro cane è stato il benvenuto e ci siamo sentiti come a casa, in più si trova in un punto strategico per visitare i paesi limitrofi, il lago e i punti di attrazione tutto in pochi minuti.

Gentili, simpatici, disponibili e professionali.

Con Marco e Michela, io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Siamo rimasti 2 mesi al Millennium e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Marco ha capito cosa é un cliente e fa di tutto per accontentarlo.
Il posto poi è strategico per chi lavora al CCR, a pochi km da Malpensa, con una vista spettacolare sui laghi e sul Monte Rosa.
É comodissimo anche quando abbiamo visite di parenti e amici.
