Incredibly beautiful views from the high Alps north of Lake Maggiore to the southern end, on nice clear days the skyline of Milan can also be seen.

The waitresses are very friendly. Love the food amazing view. I would like to go back there soon.

One of the best activity we did during the trip. Ok... it’s a lot like any chairlift in a ski resort but the fact that you’re in a kind of garbage can facing Lake Maggiore brings it up a notch!!

If you’re afraid of heights you might want to rethink your plans because the ride takes about 20 minutes. It’s very steep and some people will not enjoy it. For all the others that enjoy a bit of spark in their life this is for you!!

On top of the ride, you can enjoy a magnificent view when you reach the top. You can have a beer at the restaurant and have one of the nicest view you will ever get.

Stunning view over Italian Alps. Arriving by cable car is unusual and fun. Moreover, if you are lucky you can see people paragliding from the top.

Amazing view! The taste ist also fantastic! Price is a little high, but the portion is really huge, I don’t need dinner for tonight 😂 the the view, taste and huge portion, it absolutely deserves the price ☺

A little bit crammed in the cable car as only 2 people per car but the view from the top was amazing. Unfortunately the restaurant at the top only had strawberry ice cream available... could have been more stocked! Further to that you need to be able to continue going uphill if you want to savour in all the views so would recommend an early climb if visiting in Summer!

We were on a school trip here. We spent a couple of hours walking up the mountain, rhe path itself was easy to find and follow. All in all a nice trip

Most beautiful view!! The food at the restaurant was very good! The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the funicular up the mountain to the hotel. Great way to see the whole lake while eating some great Italian food!

We had a family party in the restaurant. Interesting and exciting cable car approach. Superb views great food and friendly service. Would recommended.

The view deserve every money. Is amazing. Is only 10 euros a trip. The food at the restaurant is good.

Very beautiful panoramic view from the top! The “funivie” is a very exciting experience!

Amazing experience! Well worth it. The view is amazing, the experience is unique. The baskets are sta ding up, 2 adults per basket. The route is long (15 - 17 minutes) but this means that you get a good look at the view and nature all around. Highly recommended, even if just for the experience, although we had fun on the peak as well!

Fun experience for the family. Unique ride standing in a barrel like carriage for 2 person each. Euro 25 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Reasonable price compared to Austria and Switzerland. Not much to do at the peak though. Wear proper shoes and go for a hike.

Fantastic experience: the climb on the cable car has the best view on lake Maggiore. The restaurant is no frills but really good and well priced. Copious amounts of tasty local food. I recommend a table on the side of the terrace and the cured meats and cheese board.

Such a fun experience! Greatest views of the lake in my opinion! I get vertigo sometimes, but was okay doing the Funivie because most of the time it wasn't too far above the ground.

We visited at the start of April, when it was still very quiet for tourists. There were no queues to worry about, and the weather was clear and dry. The cost of the round trip of on the chair lift was very reasonable at €10 return, the staff were helpful. However, the restaurant at the top was closed, even for a cappuccino, which was a disappointment.

Very very friendly people, great food for good prices, AMAZING view from the top. definitely worth to visit and spend time. I will never forget italian songs, warm family atmosphere, friendly staff and cute dog I met there. thanks for giving me very good memories ! I wish I will be back there:)
