Hotel Casa Albertina

Absolutely cannot say enough about this incredible property. The views are that of a dream. We stayed in the superior sea view, and I highly recommend booking this room. The hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s in the perfect location, and the staff goes above and beyond. Truly the best stay I’ve experienced. Breakfast is delicious! Definitely take advantage of that. The rooftop bar has the most romantic vibe and a complete view of Positano. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This hotel offers excellent value for the price, considering what you get. The view is truly breathtaking, overlooking the town of Positano and the beach. Booking in advance ensures even better prices. The buffet-style food is delicious, with scrambled egg, bacon, pastries, and great coffee paired with beautiful views. In a town where food is expensive, the breakfast is a bonus. The room size is good, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You might have to walk up a few stairs from the main road, but it's not too much.

The location is excellent, with various restaurants within a 6-minute walk and the marina not far away either.

Tip: If you arrive by boat, it's worth using the porter service from the dock for 15 euros per bag. It'll make your journey much more convenient.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The staff are so kind and told us this hotel has been in the family for four generations. You can tell they take pride in the facilities, as they are clean, nicely decorated, and beautiful views. Our room was perfectly situated with a stunning view of Positano. The walk to town is not far, though a bit of an incline on your way back with some stairs. We also loved breakfast and the service. They remember our coffee order each morning. Thank you!

Cannot say enough about this hotel. Absolutely incredible. The photos online don’t do it justice. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed for 10 more. The room was beautiful, the view from the Superior Sea View was out of this world, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

This hotel has the best views. You want to be on this side of the town and up about this height. Suggest asking for a room on the 4th floor. The hotel has a lot of character with a lot of interesting items decorating it. Breakfast is excellent and very good service from the staff. Not downside are the steps to get to the hotel. Difficult if you have heavy bags to handle. Recommend using the porter service if you arrive at the port.

This hotel is an incredible option for so many different reasons. The value for this hotel in comparison to others with an equally incredible view is something we could not pass up. We chose a balcony room with a view of Positano and it did not disappoint! The staff are ones we will remember for a lifetime; and made our time in Positano that much more incredible. The rooftop bar also displays beautiful views and right down the steps is Da Vincenzo which, in our opinion, is a MUST visit.

Right across the way is a staircase leading down to the beach (however, you can also take the street path which is about 30 mins).

Would highly recommend a porter service for luggage to/from the ferry port and upon arrival to the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to help us organize our porter and taxi service throughout our stay.

You will not be disappointed! Thank you all to the Casa Albertina staff for making our time in Positano so incredible! We can’t wait to come back!!!

I absolutely loved our stay here and the view from our balcony was incredible! The staff treated us like we were apart of their family. Breakfast included & it was good! We had zero complaints !

An amazing choice for anyone visiting Positano!! The staff (specifically Andrea!) was beyond friendly/kind and super helpful for any tips to get around Positano and recommendations! You cannot beat the view of the city and room was quiet/clean! Highly recommend Cada Albertina for anyone visiting and would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in June 2023. We loved our room and spent time everyday on our balcony overlooking the water and city. Incredibly friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The location is fantastic, we hope to be back someday!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Casa Albertina. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful to start your day and the coffee was delicious. The location is ideal - it’s on the main road and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there are two ways to get to the beach: by stairs or a longer way where you can walk around via the main road for a more leisurely walk (about 15 walk from the beach the long way). We normally took the stairs down and took the longer way on the way back. Would definitely stay here again! It made our time in Positano outstanding. The terrace is also gorgeous and perfect for a night cap.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views! The friendliest staff ever. Free beach towels and an amazing terrace to eat breakfast every morning. Very clean and spacious with a huge closet if you need to hang anything. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommend! The room was extremely clean, and the view from the balcony was so stunning. Every single one of the staff were nice, polite and friendly making for an even better stay. Could not recommend this hotel more if you are staying in Positano.

We cannot recommend Hotel Casa Albertina enough! Not only was the hotel beautiful but every single staff member we met was so kind and helpful. They had great local restaurant recommendations and were so lovely to chat with. They also helped us out with our laundry and had it done within a day. The views from the rooms and the rooftop bar are also incredible. We hope to come back some day!!

What a real treasure. The staff/owner were as lovely as it gets. Nicely tucked away from the street noise but steps away from everything. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with great service. Breakfast was very good and roof top bar stunning. Location is good - many restaurants close by. Be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs up to the hotel from the road. Stairs to go directly down to the main beach across the road from hotel and a 15-20 minute walk up via the road from the port.

What a wonderful hotel. Great staff, nice breakfast, rooftop deck bar, great laundry service. Only issue was the stairs. Work the stairmaster before you go. Porters helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Lana was very helpful and so nice. Even providing great dining choices within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Hotel Casa Albertina was absolutely perfect. It was one of our favorite stays of all of our travels because of the wonderful view and amazing staff. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and view was amazing. Location was perfect and parking wasn't too far away. Also breakfast was a nice bonus. Hope to be back soon!

One of the greatest Positano views from room balcony! We loved the antique vibe of hotel interior and decorations. Good location with walking distance to the main streets. Not that many stairs to walk from main street to the hotel, also hotel provides help to carry luggage if needed.
The only issue is the parking, but it's an issue for all Positano visitors with cars, we paid 50 Euro per day for parking.

A delightful hotel for a romantic escape. My husband booked a room with a view which was well worth it as we had our own balcony for drinks in the evening and reading. Beautiful simple bedroom decoration, very tasteful and well designed. Great smelling mini toiletries provided. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Pleasing service, friendly and helpful 👌 😊😀👍☺ Would definitely recommend ♡
