If you are looking for souvenirs at a great price, this is the place to go. The owner Nandino is a sweet man and his shop is filled with the best quality from shirts to hand made ceramics! I return to Positano yearly and my stop is always at Positano Souvenir! Don’t forget to taste his various limoncello! Great prices and great service!

Owner yelled in profanity “stupid people” chasing us out of the shop, because we took too long browsing. AVOID AWFUL TREATMENT FOR NO REASON BUT OWN CRUEL CHARACTER. We left the store hurt and confused. He Kept yelling and swearing at us as we walked away up the hill. Have received so much kindness in all of Positano, except for this awful and cruel man who for no reason thinks that swearing at people who spoke kindly and were interested in his store Is okay. There are many other stores worth it and will treat you well. This man has no people skills and will shame you for no reason or provocation whatsoever, perhaps to release his anger on random people.

I went to his shop with a smile and giving him a Caio! But the owner wouldn’t answer. I browsed his shop for 5 mins and then when i bid farewell to the shopkeeper he yells: ‘OH MY GOD! ARE You FiNished? Then get out of here! Go! get out! Mama mia! Pizzaria! 20 minutes! (as if his store is worth over 5mins browsing)’ The shop owner seems to have a lot of frustration throughout his life and then decided to relieve his mental pain by means of bullying tourists. I wanted to cure him by punching him in the face, but then that would ruin my whole positano vacation and my visa too maybe, which the shopkeeper seems to well aware of and take advantage of. I‘m Not implying you’re going to have the exact same experience. Just read other reviews too and you decide. By the way he changed his shop name into ‘Bella Positano’ in an effort to laundry his bad reputation.

This type of mentally ill guy tends to get scared easily so don’t be hesitant to fight back. He never comes out of his store no matter how many f bombs you’ll give him which I personally tested myself. Later that day I even stared at him everytime I walked right past him, hoping he fights me back, which would be a good excuse to make him a disabled person, but everytime I stared at him he would just avoid stare and quietly went back to his store hiding behind the counter.

This shop's owner is racist. I went here for bus ticket but he said he is not seller and pretend to be a guest. It was really hot day but I have to wait for the owner who is actually in front of me! And then one woman(not Asian) came into the shop and the woman wanted the same ticket. He the owner suddenly change his face and kindly answered like this. "You're very lucky! It's the last ticket!"
I just wanted to talk to him but he ignored me and mocked me by imitating chinese.. even though i'm not chinese.
Finally I got ticket after an hour with police's help. This experience remained me very upset and depressed memories in Positano.

The man who works in this store is absolutely inadequate person. For a question about the price of magnets, he kicked us out of the store and shouted something after. Avoid this place so as not to spoil the impression of the beautiful Positano. He is a very unhappy man, a racist. I am shocked that such reviews were left 5 years ago and he still works there. What a disgrace!

why does this man keep working on here when nice and professional people could be in his place? he refused to sell me a bottle of water because it took me 10 seconds to find some cash. he started cursing me in Italian and yelling at me while telling me to leave the shop. I know some Italian but I was still a little bit lost, and as I was leaving he cursed me in English. Positano should do something because I doubt he is the owner of this shop. it really ruins the image of this village.

⚠ AVOID AVOID AVOID FELLOW TOURISTS

Pushed us out the store after we looked and found nothing we wanted. And then swore at us in Italian - funny he decided to swear at a tourist who knows a fair bit of Italian (an Australian and Italian dual citizen)

A lot nicer products and a lot nicer vendors down further

The owner is racist & refused to serve us. We told him off. We waited for some bus tickets while he was with another customer for about 10 mins. He continued to rumble on and on in his language & showed us the door, telling us to leave the store. All we did was ask for bus tickets. What did he say? “Positano is for RICH people, get out” ..... meanwhile, many people bought bus tickets from him but I guess our skin colour was too dark for his liking. DO NOT buy from him - he claims this is a place for rich people BUT he’s selling small magnets for $5 euros, making me think that he’s actually the one who needs more income 🤣. He ruined our Positano experience. Will tell the police 🙂.

This is the black spot of beautiful Positano. Do not step foot into the store. The first time I went in to ask for a bus ticket - he was on the phone and looked up to acknowledge me. I asked if he had bus tickets but he continued to talk on the phone for at least five minutes (the tobacco shop that sells tickets is 7 mins downhill then you have to walk back up to the bus). Another costumer came to go buy sth and he did the transaction as normal! I asked again if he sold bus tickets and finally he said no. Why didn’t he say so in the first place?! Second time I accidentally walked into his store again and he wanted to sell me bags. I accidently knocked over some lighters and he insisted I broke three - nothing was broken, just the paper wrapping tore a bit at the bottom which doesn’t happen by dropping on the floor. I didn’t want to buy and he threatened to call the police on me, and as a short girl travelling alone, the last thing I want to do is be abused by someone. Long rant over, keep your Amalfi stay happy and don’t go in there.

Extremely rude owner. After 5 minutes of seeing the things he had for sale and not buying anything, he kicked me out of the store and started calling me names in Italian in the middle of the street. I've never seen anything like it. Really bad experience with this store.

Rude male staff, “If you don’t want to buy it, why you touch it? ‘’ Well, sorry to bother you while you are surfing on your mobile phone! 🙄

The propietier is not a nice man. We were going to buy three shirts as gifts, but he didn't have enough matching ones in stock. When he realized we weren't going to buy, he literally pushed us out of his store.

I would give him 0 stars if I could. Very rude. Happened to come upon this store. He first seemed to be helpful and just flipped and told us "I don't want your money". With that kind of service, I would pay the other friendly and helpful store owners in Positano.

Agreeing with the other reviewers: extremely rude. And yes, I am not Caucasian, so indeed there is a pattern here. Seemingly reporting incidents is not enough - he can do it without consequences. Very sad.

The owner hates bus tickets despite displaying a sign that he sells them. He was so aggressive when we asked and shouted us out of the shop.

Recommended by a hotel to buy bus tickets here. Said he didn’t have bus tickets. Other shop owners commented that he is rude and won’t sell bus tickets to people who don’t buy merchandise.

Awful experience at this shop. The owner is very rude. Like many who have commented, steer clear. Leaves a bad taste at the end of a great day.

Very rude. Refused to serve us. Stay away from this place. Buy bus tickets up the road (toward Amalfi) from the grocery store.
