It’s outstanding food!!
Service was excellent. The waitress did all alone with smile, professionalism with good English.

The location is just next to the souvenir shop. Since the table is up stairs, many people don’t know that it’s restaurant and it’s open.
We were first clients at that time :)

They serve “amuse bouche” salmon with cream. It’s excellent

The island carbonera was one of the best pasta dishes we've ever tasted, and the fish and lemon pie were wonderful. Highly recommended!

We were the first to show up and we had young kids in tow. Despite this place being very nice they were more than happy to have us. We ended hanging out with both waiters, the owner, and the chef. All of which were very friendly and warm. The food was local and fresh which is what we were going for and we loved it.

One of the best restaurants I have visited in Italy. We had a lovely private table on the balcony. Great service, friendly people, really excellent food. Dolce vita!

Discovered this restaurant with the family on a day trip to the island. Its on the backstreets away from the coast but from the menu and the staff you could tell instantly this was going to be a fantastic experience. We were not disappointed, we were made very welcome and the food was exceptional, highest quality products cooked to perfection. We normally wouldn’t have dessert but our kids tried a few and were very happy they did. Would highly recommend this amazing secret hidden gem.

Excellent food, the beef agnolotti and the Lake Carbonara were both stand outs, the best pasta dishes a couple of member of our party had ever tried. The sea bass was also incredible. All topped off with exceptional service!

The amuse bouche - full of flavours - the Plin ravioli - lovely - and the pasta Nero also perfect - and then both of us finished with the crispy skin branzino… that was perfect.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Isla Pescatori.

From the moment we entered until the moment we left, everything was perfect. We had the best table with an outstanding view. The food was so delicious and made with local quality ingredients. The cherry on the top was rose and the service. Besides, the chef is really passionate and very sympathetic. I highly recommend it.

We've eaten there during our stay in Stresa. The food was delicious, they propose authentic recipes with excellent products. The Chef is very kind to propose us an exceptionnal Cannolo as a dessert. The waiter was also very reactive and helpful.

On the (free + free return) boat to the small island, we were the only non-Italians, which tells me we were lucky to find out about it, and that it is held in high regard.

If you've had the standard (but obviously still exceptional) local pizza/pasta restaurant experience already, then try this place. Exceptional.

The food is quite fish-centric but we are not the most fish living couple, but still found food we enjoyed. I'll admit that I am not experienced in fine dining, but I found all of the food really interesting and full of different flavours. They don't do spaghetti bolognese - you will have to try something new, but you will be very glad that you did.

FYI you receive a text after booking with details of where to meet the free boat. Make sure you book in advance online.

Fantastic place, we had a table outside on a small romantic terrace with candle light. Food was great and we received a fantastic service from the waiter and the chef!

Amazing food! Pasta was perfect

The homade bread and pasta was absolutely perfect.

Absolutely love it, organised a Birthday party here and it was just amazing. The food was great and the staff extremely friendly.
