Latteria Cookingclass

It's a cooking classs with a grocery store that sells high-quality products. The owner is kind and lets us sit and enjoy salami and beer in the store. We ordered tiramisu from the fridge to eat, and it was delicious. If you stay in this area, you should definitely buy some snacks here. There are plenty of drinks to choose from. Highly recommended.

Came here on our second day in Positano, (reserved ahead of time) and were introduced to Serafina & her team (her mother and 2 others).

From the minute we got there we were laughing — Serafina has a bubbly personality and a great relationship with her mother — it was such a great time.

My wife is vegan and they customized a vegan menu for her. We drank fantastic wine, purchased a bottle as well, and simply had the best time.

Was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon.

Also worth noting — where they seat you to eat your meal is by far the best table in positano.

Fantastic food market!! We walked around loving all of the different stalls overflowing with gourmet goodies. We had lunch of seafood and champagne and really soaked up the atmosphere of the lovely market. It’s easy to see why it was recently voted the best markets in the world!

This little neighborhood store was wonderful. One would not expect such delights awaited us inside. This store had a small deli that has some of the freshest sandwiches and charcuterie choices. The food here is better than some of the restaurants. The staff was helpful, and cheery. I missed the sandwiches for the rest of our trip across Italy. If you are staying in Positano, this little market is the place for food, drinks, and other needs for your stay. Pick up a picnic on your way to the beach.

When you visit Positano it’s a must to stop by Latteria Mini Market. It’s a small grocery store but they have a small terrace where we were able to enjoy a very reasonably priced bottle of Prosecco, and not to forget the salami and cheese. The view is absolutely beautiful and the owners are kind and friendly and even gave us complimentary snacks. We actually came twice because it was our favorite place to enjoy an afternoon drink. Would recommend 10/10.

Our family (two adults, and two children - aged 11 and 12) just participated in the afternoon cooking class at Latteria. It was amazing! We learned helpful tips and techniques to making fresh pasta, delicious potato croquettes and meatballs.

Chef Serafina is a wealth of knowledge and patience.

We highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about Italian cuisine! It is a lovely way to spend the afternoon.

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The entire staff was friendly helpful and engaging. Chef Sarafina was delightful well prepared and a lot of fun. The ingredients were fresh, some picked from the garden on site. The dishes we prepared were amazing. They served us on a beautiful balcony with a view of Positano. We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Great experience!

Nice place to drink a beer or grab a snack. The prices are very good and you have a very nice view from the terrace.
Small Peroni bottle 2€ and normal one is 2.5€.

This is a great local store to buy some nice meat and cheese and make your own antipasto at home. Also, you can grab a bottle of wine on the way or their octupus salad! In terms of antipasto, I suggest buying the coto and the Parma ham!

Fantastic sandwiches to go!! Came here more than once with my lovely wife to grab some sandwiches to go! They will make you whatever you want! Super nice and clean and everything is fresh. Highly recommend!! 🤜💥

Awesome grocery store with history. A lot of people get sandwiches as quick pick up and reasonable prices. Recommend if by there, especially for grocery. Says open Sunday but it is not.

Absolutely great. You can pick a drink and a sandwich from the market and sit with a view. Way cheaper than all the restaurants on the other side.

Relaxing place to take a break while exploring Positano for a glass of wine. Great location too, just outside (above) the town center so you are a little away from the crowd but their patio offered a nice vantage point. The wines we tried were good, only wish we had found this place earlier in our trip as the cooking classes they host looked fun too.

We wound up having an unexpected free day, and I saw a sign for cooking classes. They were able to fit us in the next day! It was just us and one other American couple (actually from the same area as us—wild coincidence). We had a fantastic time making four traditional Italian dishes. Serafina, her mom, and the other staff were friendly, hilarious, and really good at what they do, and the entire experience was a blast. Can't recommend this enough! Probably the best tiramisu we had the entire trip was the one we made here.

The cooking class was fantastic! Chef Serafina was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes she guided us through were achievable at home and so delicious. It was a great atmosphere and we made heaps of friends along the way. Would highly recommend the team, grazie!

It is a little grouceary on a main road. Its very clean. You can buy some basic food, meat, vegetables, water, wine, beer and so on. They have big enough wine and cheese supply too!They make damn good panini sandwich, you have to try them if you are there. This is not the cheapest in Positano but I fully recommend to use it, buy some food and drink a coffee.

Absolutely incredible sandwiches at the deli counter for 1/3 the price you would pay for lunch at any where else in town

Excellent little market to get some cold drinks, fresh sandwiches, roasted veggies, olives, charcuterie, and coffee. Every morning we were at the Posiden, we went to get our Americanos and croissants for breakfast. We also had multiple lunches and snacks there. They’re also more than willing to make what you’d like if they have it. We asked for just plain toast with butter one morning and they made it for us. Excellent service! And the view from their patio is amazing!
