An amazing and unforgettable experience. Did the tasting menu with my family. The chef, Hélèn, came and spoke to my family towards the end of our meal and shared her story of the restaurant with us and it was so moving. Would love to come back whenever I find myself in Tuscany again! Definitely recommend to anyone to come for a meal if they can. Love supporting such a fantastic women-run business (female owner, female chef & sommelier who were also great)

It is obvious that a lot of work has been done on the flavors. The presentations are very elegant. A very old vineyard house in the heart of Tuscany. The chef has spent years on this job and his eyes and ears are always on you at the head of every table. The chef is a very sweet woman who has dedicated her life to this job

A very good experience. You arrive at an unpretentious site, but once inside this cosy little stonehouse, it has the feel of a private home, while still being very professional. The service is warm and personal, the food is excellent: innovative without being posh. My wife thinks this is the best meal we have ever had in Italy.

If you are in this area of Tuscany, ABSOLUTELY make a reservation. This wasn’t dinner but a dining experience. The area is cute and quaint and the inside aesthetic feels authentic. Communication making a reservation was easy (via email) but we did make a reservation about 2 months in advance, I’m not sure how hard it is to get a reservation. We got the 7:30 reservation and we’re the first in the restaurant so they let us pick our table. We picked the one by the window which provides an amazing view, nice breeze and we watched the beautiful sunset. Helene (the chef/owner) came to our table to welcome us, ask for allergies/restrictions, then told us the personalized menu in detail she will be making. It looked like she did this to every table. The Sommelier was brilliant and chose a wine within our tastes but that also will compliment our meal. Each course (and there were many) was so amazingly delicious. My New York foodie husband was knocked off his feet with each bite. At the end, Helene came out and personally sang me Happy Birthday and took a selfie with me (it was my 30th birthday and Helene remembered from the reservation email my husband made). What a personal and out of this world delicious experience. We would come back to Tuscany specifically for La Bottega del 30.

La Bottega del 30 provided an outstanding special dinner for our last night in Tuscany. It epitomized the beauty and elegance of the region as well as the warmth and graciousness of the people of Italy. Let's not forget the artisanship and
delicacy of the cuisine. Simply wonderful! Thank you to chef owner Elena and her staff server Emanuela and Sommelier Alessandra. It was a perfect evening!

Delicious meal in Tuscany… meal, staff, atmosphere— all perfect. Certainly was a memorable experience we won’t forget.

Amazing experience, we had the tasting menu and everything was delicious and wonderful. And finally the dessert was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great view from the restaurant. We came to Villa di Sotto to eat here and were very happy with our choice.

Absolutely delicious food, beautiful & romantic atmosphere and great, friendly service. We had the tasting menu with a local wine. Pricey, but we were aware of that.

We really enjoyed eating here! Appropriately spaced courses in an intimate setting. Ingredients tasted fresh, and dishes were flavourful. Favourite dish was the ravioli :)

Stunning restaurant. Helene, the owner, made our experience so special. The table had a beautiful sunset view, and her tasting menu was nothing if not fabulous. The pasta was to die for, and we tried a few (delicious) dishes we probably wouldn’t have chosen otherwise. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! You walk in as a stranger and leave as part of the family. My boyfriend and I were driving across Tuscany and we were lucky enough to find this restaurant. We were blown away by the food, the staff, the ambiance… everything. We will definitely come back next year to try the truffle pasta again!!

We had the tasting menu and it was phenomenal. The sunset from our little table for two by the window was incredible. This is Michelin star quality food, with an authentic homie feel. The perfect balance for us. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Tuscany.

Fantastic restaurant, great food. Highly recommend. Definitely deserves Michelin rating. Chef/owner greets you. Menu is small but overall covers all tastes considering we don’t eat meat.
Excellent wine selection as expected. Better than most Michelin restaurants we’ve experienced nearby.

Delicious food, the raviolo Is crazy good. You may not appreciate how delicious the food is unless you speak with the owner and chef who will describe the process to make all the dishes. It's really impressive and technical and adds to the experience. The fact that it is in the middle.of nowhere with a gorgeous view on the vineyards makes it very romantic.

AMAZING. My wife and I loved every bite. Foods that sounded completely strange turned out to be stellar. We hope to be able to return someday and enjoy more exciting new flavors. Best meal of our cuisine-heavy Tuscan honey. The lady-chef is a world-class genius.
