Boccon Divino

One of the best meals I have had in a while. The quality of each dish was of the highest order. Of note was my pork filet and my partners gnocchi.

The location goes without saying - immaculate views.

One of the best culinary experience we ever had. With a breathtaking view, the restaurant is very simple and elegant. The menu is short but with a good variety of choices. I can’t explain how we were so surprise by the taste, texture and mixture of ingredients. It was perfect. We enjoyed every bite, and we truly reccomend for you also to visit them if you are here. Do not forget about a reservation, it’s mandatory. You will love them too. Hats off for all of you, and thank you Kaci for your great service.

Beautiful evening at Boccon Divino for our honeymoon. 7-8 course tasting menu was superb. Onion soup with hint of cinnamon was a hit. Portions of the tasting menu were smaller but at the end of all courses, with the second dessert (included) it’s perfect. Met with the owner who was very gracious. Service was impeccable and so is the view of the valley. Bravo!

A beautiful restaurant, with very good service and lovely well presented and delicious Tuscan food. Two sisters, one chef and one front of house have created this magical spot with beautiful views. Romantic and special, it's worth a trip just for the escapism. You can see why they are such an institution! Definitely start with the carta musica. Also incredible wine list.

My wife and I ate at Boccon Divino last October (2023). We were celebrating my 70th birthday. We got there a little early before they were open and were walking around the grounds checking things out. A very elegant woman came out and asked if we were there for dinner and we told her we had a reservation for 7:00 pm. She invited us in and let us pick a table. She brought us some sparkling wine and menus. Things just better and better. Our waiter was very good and the woman who let us in kept checking on us so we felt very well taken care of. Everything we ate was fabulous. I had a salad that was so crisp and fresh and wild boar that was cooked to perfection. Great wine list. I liked everything about the place. We are planning another trip to Tuscany this fall and are looking forward to going there again

This place is fantastic. We had outdoor seating with a view of the valley second to none. One of the owners was on the patio eating dinner at the same time, and he was very friendly - he had 3 kids and enjoyed “chatting” with our 15 month old. The food was amazing. They had some simple options for kids (our daughter’s bow tie pasta - not pictured - was delicious). The ingredients all tasted very fresh and some even come from their own garden. The owner told me his wife uses sous-vide for a lot of the cooking and really enjoys the details of making the desserts. The presentation of the food with fresh flowers was amazing. The handmade ravioli was delicious, the cod and creamy beet sauce were fantastic. All the flavors were well balanced. In all seriousness, I have never eaten better food. When you factor in the view and the friendly staff and consider that the food was to-die-for, it was the perfect place for an anniversary dinner. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

A delightful long, lazy lunch. We were part of a tour group with A’qto Cycling and the afternoon was delightful. Excellent food, service and expansive views. Loved the goose carpaccio. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful restaurant. Food was elegant and delicious. We had a 5 course meal. The portions were perfect for the occasion. Wine pairings with each course, and highly attentive and nice staff. The view is simply beyond. My favorites were the goose carpaccio and dessert of pistachio gelato in a raspberry chocolate shell with toasted pistachios and raspberry sauce. Can't wait to come back.

We dropped by Boccon Divino for lunch and were very satisfied with our experience. Very friendly service, great Tuscan food, and reasonable prices. Can't beat the view, either!

What a restaurant! Incredible selection of wines, high-end tasteful food, a view on the stunning Val d’Orcia region. I discovered the restaurant some years ago and I try to comeback for a lunch anytime I’m in the area. Gli “Gnocchi di Mario” keep surprising me every time I eat them!

You will NOT be disappointed! Probably one of the highlights of our trip! We had absolutely amazing food, great service, the view was phenomenal, and it was just the right place for us. And I would die and go to heaven if they could sell their chocolate liquor they make in house. I can't say enough good things about this place, but I have no doubt it's one of, if not thee best in Montalcino.

Getting there: Google maps brings you to the liquor store down the block but if you go a little more south you'll see a sign that points up the hill towards Boccon Divino and you want to take that road

The epitome of amazing Tuscan dining. Incredible views, superb food and wonderful people. My favorite restaurant anywhere. I have been over a dozen times.

Excellent place for a high level and tasty meal. The view is as superb as the food. We were treated very well by the staff and the service was very good. Would give it 6 stars if possible!

We had a lunch, with perfect tasting menu La Tradizione! We really enjoyed in combination with good Brunello do Montalcino!

Love this place! They have a great chef that does their truffle gnocchi well! The Florentine Steak is huge but delicious, ordered medium rare and finished it easily as the meat had such a good fragrance raw.

An wonderful place with a robust wine list. Food is very well prepared and presented while the staff is relaxed and friendly. Well worth another visit.

What an amazing restaurant. recommend reserve but not necessary. The place is amazing, amazing view, great service, the food is Michelin star rated. Not expensive. They have this great terrace with a view or inside if it’s too cold. Great Tuscan food to try out Brunello de Montalcino. A must if you are visiting Montalcino.
