We bought some cheese in Citta della Pieve, gorgonzola for the pizza, and then Luca asked us if we know Schiacciate, his specialty for lunch. No sorry, we don’t know.

Best sandwich I've ever eaten.
They say good things come to those who wait and the reason why this is the case here is that the bread is freshly made for each sandwich! There's a great selection of filings and the ratio of filling to bread is perfect. The bread is soft with a crisp outer edge and simply delicious.
You will not regret visiting this gem of a place.

Had lunch here for the first time today. Let me tell you, I plan to make it the first of many. The sandwich was amazing! Luca, the owner, is a master with flavors.

The best sandwiches-Panini in the area if not all of Umbria, fresh homemade bread filled with everything from truffles to slow roasted lamb. You can enjoy as you sit under the bell tower of the cathedral in the main piazza of Citta della Pieve.

Sometimes you come to a shop and you know, here somebody selects everything with love and cares for the ingredients, and this always comes with a person that is pretty much the same, enjoyable. Luca you are a rare diamond and fit in very well with all the beauty Citta della Pieve has to offer. Everything is mostly organic, not with a label, but if you know you know and around so you know, it must be good.

The restaurant, with an outside terras, is open in summer and Luca has typical Schiacciate (bread pizza style) with all sorts of ingredients you can also buy at his shop, so you can taste everything.

A gem of a find! Luca makes a perfect sandwich. Period. My new favorite sandwich shop in Umbria.

The high quality ingridients are served inside bread that is made on the spot. Also great beers and a charming cheff.

Non do punteggio x il servizio visto che il proprietario che è molto simpatico lavora in un posto tropo piccolo e molta la gente che va da lui per gli ottimi panini. Qualità top! Ripeto peccato l'inesistenza dello spazio. Buon lavoro caro🙂
