No menu, a few choices of excellent food and to die for deserts. No frills no fuss just great food and lovely service. A must

Great local favourite with a range of delicious first course meals (only 8euro) or second course meals (10euro) we both had only the first course meal of gnocchi and ravioli which was a big portion and full of flavour.
Absolutely worth the trip, delightfully friendly staff and great view out to the lake.
Already excited about going back!!

High-quality AUTHENTIC and HOMEMADE Piemontese food prepared and served in the traditional fashion. The food was so good my family and I had dinner there both nights we were in the area. It was a welcomed find compared to the overpriced and/or poor quality tourist-centric restaurants in downtown Stresa, where we were staying. We loved how there were no menus, and that Vera would inform us of that day's available pasta and meat dishes, and desserts. The food was incredible! Prices were very reasonable, great value. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Vera was very sweet and a pleasure to have at our service. You must try her homemade limoncello! If you are anywhere near this restaurant, it is a MUST!

Amazing local restaurant, super authentic and well priced. A little hard to find but worth the trip up the hill, lots of games to play if you go earlier in the day (table tennis, pétanque etc.).
I would most definitely go back!!!!

Best Lunch in a while. I can recommend this place fully. You absolutely need to try the apple pie for dessert. :)

Solo una parola: fantastico. Tutto buonissimo, piatti preparati con cura e competenza. Lo stracotto era poesia pura. Prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. Rapporto qualità/prezzo senza pari nella zona. Iperconsigliato. Diventerà una mia tappa fissa!!!

Tappa fissa ogni volta che vado a Stresa. Ottimo ristorantino dove consumare un pranzo buono ed economico. Infatti sia durante la settimana che nei weekend si può gustare un ottimo pranzo. Spesso vado durante la settimana dove Vera propone un menù fisso a €12, pur essendo economico non pecca in qualità e quantità, infatti ho sempre mangiato bene e se volete un po' di pesce non perdetevi il venerdì. Inoltre anche durante i weekend o festività pur non essendoci il menù fisso si possono gustare ottimi piatti a prezzi onesti. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare, soprattutto nelle stagioni invernali dove lo spazio all'interno è limitato.

Ci è stato consigliato da una persona del posto, era il primo maggio e non veniva fatto il menù per operai, ma consigliatissimo ugualmente buon servizio, ottimo ambiente, qualità prezzo ok! 👌

Una trattoria molto ben tenuta e dove si mangia molto molto bene. Piatti semplici e dal gusto "nostrano": ho mangiato delle tagliatelle fatte in casa con salsiccia e asparagi che mi hanno fatto ricordare la luganega preparata in casa da mia nonna quando si uccideva il maiale, una vita fa! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Passeggiando tra i boschi di Stropino a raccogliere castagne consiglio la pausa pranzo al Sciuc, ottima qualità prezzo, locale pulito e accogliente e personale gentile. Da lunedì al venerdì menù fisso a prezzo fisso €.11,00
