Incredible hotel and staff-Everything was perfect!! We loved our room, with the most gorgeous view of the Matterhorn! Very alpine chic, and the terrace was a wonderful addition! The hotel is full of many amenities-Delicious breakfast, wonderful spa facilities, and you cannot beat the location. We were right next to the Matterhorn Express gondola, which will connect you all mountain areas. And the ski equipment lockers are on site, which is so convenient. The hotel staff are so friendly and kind, and always helpful. We loved our stay here, and hope to return. Highly recommend 22 Summits Boutique Hotel!

Incredible stay at the 22 Summits - All the staff were very kind and accommodating. The view of the Matterhorn from the hotel is spectacular. The breakfast had great variety and was very good quality. The hotel spa was also lovely to use after a day’s hiking.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in Zermatt. It’s little far from the center of Zermatt but it’s more quiet area where we loved.

We booked the room with Matterhorn. It was absolutely gorgeous.

Receptionist was very kind. When we arrived in the train station, we called and they pick us up. It was very helpful.

Wonderful hotel with great design aesthetic and spa amenities. Our room/balcony on the top floor had an incredible view of the Matterhorn. The staff and management were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast had a large variety of delicious options.

Incredible hotel, beautiful view of Matterhorn from balcony. Short walk to the town centre. Hotel offers shuttle service to town centre for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel and they have a great location....away from the main street so it's a little quieter and also super close to the Matterhorn gondola station and lots of hiking and shopping. They had a wonderful breakfast to help us start our day. Wonderful views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Super comfortable, roomy, helpful staff. Our favorite hotel during our 2 week stay in Switzerland. We will definitely return.

I’ve stayed at hotels that cost 2-3x more that weren’t nearly as nice as this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the views are priceless, and the hotel amenities are quite nice.

This is a small family run boutique hotel, which we loved very much. Clara was extremely helpful arranging my taxi and restaurant reservations, and extremely hospitable. I was there with my family and just checked out. The hotel rooms were awesome, high quality, clean with great amenities. The quality of the sheets, robes, even the outdoor blanket on the balcony was first class. I would definitely return to the hotel.

I *loved* this hotel for my solo ski trip to Zermatt. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the saunas and the ski locker rooms. My room was also so nice, clean and had a cute view of Matterhorn. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. The location was excellent. It was a quick 5min walk to the gondola that takes you to Matterhorn Glacier. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for one week this past week and had a wonderful stay! Rachel, Rosie, Esmeralda, Ricardo, Johnny (the best house dog) and Frederica were some of the amazing staff they have. The hotel is located right next to the Matterhorn Express and right next to the bus stop which will get you anywhere in the city in minutes. They have a beautiful jacuzzi to enjoy after a long day of skiing and the rooms are so spacious and very functional. They offer a quaint breakfast each morning and have a small cocktail bar in the hotel as well. If you’re skiing, each room has a designated ski locker downstairs with great storage so each day you can leave your items locked away. We will definitely be back!

Our honeymoon at 22 summits was absolutely amazing! The Julen sisters and all the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an incredible view of Matterhorn from our bedroom. We hiked, skied, ate delicious breakfasts and learnt about the local history. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We loved the bathrobes, they really were first class. The sauna spa area was absolutely stunning and we had the deepest feelings of wellbeing sitting in the vitarium. The water in the taps is pure mountain spring water and having cold showers was invigorating. This hotel was the perfect launching point for our 4 night adventure in Zermatt and it made the whole experience a very memorable one. If we had any spare room in our luggage the bathrobes would have come with us!

I loved my stay at 22 Summits and would definitely go back! The room was fantastic - large but still cosy - and the on-site bar had a lovely atmosphere. I gave the location 4/5 because it’s on the far side of town from the train station, but it’s only a 10/15 minute walk and the hotel will collect you and drop you at the station so you don’t need to lug your bags. The hotel is exquisite. The rooms are tastefully furnished. You have coffee, tea and minibar. The bathrooms are beautiful. The breakfast is very generous. The spa has wet and dry sauna and jacuzzi.

We stayed at 22 Summits this summer. What a great, cozy, friendly, cool and wonderful little hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the staff were great!

Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I spend over 200 nights a year on the road traveling all over the US and the world and this is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve been to.

The room is beautiful with a comfortable bed and great views. We were impressed by how attentive the staff was and we got the best pictures of our trip in Zermott.

They also have a fantastic spa area as well!

Loved every second of our stay here… Wish it was for longer! Hands down the best place we stayed during our 2 1/2 weeks across France, Switzerland and Germany and we stayed in a castle (if that tells you anything). The family who owns and operates this awesome boutique hotel are incredibly kind, caring, and just fun to be around. I’d say the hotel is just like the photos but really, it’s even better in person especially when you experience the unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. The walk to the main strip of shopping and restaurants is maybe 10 minutes tops, but we honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel! Definitely check out the spa and enjoy a great breakfast while you’re there! Thank you Family Julen! We can’t wait to visit again in the winter! :)
