Easy Così Barolo

An excellent restaurant with high quality cuisine - good value for its location. Super tasty, broad variety, and I suppose you won't forget about tasting the wines! Truly a fine experience.

Excellent food and service. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us select wines and dessert.

Cosy place in heart of small historic village. Truffel lasagne was excellent but portion was a bit small. If you are very hungry take first course aswell. Waiter spoke perfect english and was friendly.

We went here for lunch (not the hotel) during a day trip to Barolo. The truffle lasagna was among the best lasagna I've ever had. The Vitello Tonnato was good as was my wife's plin as well. Service was quick and the place was pet friendly, though all the dogs were very behaved.

We accidentally dropped inside this awesome place. It's very small and we we're lucky there was only one table left. The staff works hard and is friendly, but not the fastest...but hey...once you get the meal and wine nothing else matters! I had the stew cooked with barolo and it was better than expected. The veal was also very good. I can recommend it and if I'm there again, I will for sure eat here again!

Nice local place. Second time staying and eating here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Small, simple, comfortable, clean rooms and super food and wine.
Last time I was here I wanted to take photos of the vineyards at sunset and didn’t want to eat in the restaurant. Giada (sp?) had chef box up an incredible dinner with a bottle of wine so my girlfriend and I could have a picnic while shooting pictures. That sums up the personal service you will get here.

Delicious pasta courses (ravioli, lasagna) and meat courses (roast beef, stewed veal). Memorable food, welcoming service, cozy date-like atmosphere. We are there two nights in a row we were so pleased...

The restaurant is located in the center of Barolo, the reception was friendly and worm, the meal was excellent and you’ll find also a good offer of wines.

Great food, with a couple of very tasty vegetarian options, friendly service and some fine wines... what more could you ask gor!
