Buon Padre

The food quality is really high, the price is correct and the area is very good. We tried different dishes and we really enjoyed it, specially the pasta. The truffles were also fantastic. Their staff are almost all speaking in English and capable of explaining the entire menu. Very polite and caring as well.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The food is fantastic, and so is the service. I have been there multiple times, and each time I enjoyed both wine and food tasting. Highly recommended.

Firs day with new menue. Had to try 2 antipasti(!) - both scallops and aspargues to top score! And of course Marias tanjerin ragu is still on; always a pleasure! Not to forget - great selection on wines!

Amazing! So good we went back for dinner. Some of the best food we have had in Italy. Angel hair with veal ragu and the plin with butter and sage was EXCELLENT pasta, Guinea flow breast so perfect I had twice in one day!

The restaurant was very nice with comfortable table and sitting. Very traditional and delicate food with great taste and accurate wine pairing. The veal tartre was finely executed with very good texture and flavour. The waiter service was excellent and attentive. A very enjoyable evening in this restaurant!

Excellent restaurant. Food is served very carefully. Staff are very friendly. I arrived restaurant at 1430 which is almost closing but they welcomed me even just one person. Just so nice restaurant. I definitely come back again.

Without doubt one of the best food I had in the region so far. Welcoming atmosphere and staff, very tasty food and a fantastic sommelier to pair your dish with wines from langhe. They have a daily menu and portions are good. I was very moved by their kindness and caring service. I can only recommend this place if you’re looking for an authentic little Italian restaurant in the Barolo region.

Our best experience in Piemonte! The Viberti wines (Barolos, Barberas, Chardonnay and Timorasso) were all amazing, and the local specialties: veal tartare, angels hair pasta… so fresh and delicious! A big thanks to Francesco, Claudio, the family and the staff for their skills and hospitality 🍷🍝✨

Without doubt ‘the’ best dining experience in the region. Although the menu is generally about the same in the Barolo area, Buon Padre has a very refined cuisine. The accompanying Viberti wines they offer are excellent.
A visit to the wine cellars are also recommended.

Difficult to choose between the many tempting dishes in the menu. Clever staff gave us good explanation about different options to help us choose. Gave also some suggestions, and paired the dishes with fabulous wines from their own winery. Amazing!

If you are noise sensitive do not take a table on the terrace facing the road as there is some traffic including tractors.
