Vini di Toscana - Cortona

We had a great experience shopping and trying the wines here. They had a huge selection of Tuscan wines as well as a lot of great local. The lady working there was super helpful.

Michael was excellent helping us find some tasting options. Definitely a must visit in Cortona.

I recently visited Vini di Toscana, expecting a pleasant wine-tasting experience. Unfortunately, my visit was far from enjoyable. Michael, the staff member who assisted us, seemed more interested in pushing sales than offering a genuine tasting experience. Not only were we pressured into purchasing wines we didn't even like, but we were also surprised to find that we were charged for the tastings without prior notice.

To make matters worse, Michael became rude and dismissive when we mentioned that we would think about making a wine order instead of purchasing on the spot. Additionally, we noticed that the prices he offered for one of the wines were higher than what we could find purchasing directly in the U.S. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, he made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I had high hopes for this visit, but sadly, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable wine-tasting experience. I wish I had the opportunity to select 0 stars, but it isn’t the possible.

Be aware! They say free shipping but then add money in checkout! And after wine tasting they try take money from you

Abbiamo chiesto di un buon vinsanto a prezzi accettabili e ci ha indicato santo spirito di frescobaldi dicendoci anche che a Roma non si trova. Forse voleva dire che a Roma una bottiglia da 75 cl non di trova a 18€ perché in effetti costa 7,60€ (nella foto allegata è anche in offerta)…molto delusi dalla mancanza di professionalità e da questa informazione disonesta
