The best Panini in Stresa! We had lunch there several times. The guy knows what he does and has different selections of panini every day. The ambient is also great. We will definitaly go there again.

We had very nice breakfast in Cicinin. Every day new sandwiches with fresh local produce. The owner is nice and friendly as well. There are seats and tables upstairs. Although they don't sell coffee, they allow you to bring your coffee from elsewhere.

We had the best lunch here today, worth a visit if you are in Stresa.
The balcony was lovely and the owner is very friendly.

Great sandwiches with local ingredients. There is always one vegetarian option. You can choose the length of your sandwich which is also nice. What you get is definitely great value for money. Recommended!!

Fantastic place. Has a choice of four panini per day, and that's it. But what panini! The bread is amazing and the fillings all fresh on the day. If you're after an inexpensive quality lunch, this is as good as it gets.
