Questo negozio è fantastico e il supporto di Letizia e del suo staff va oltre le parole. Avevamo una spedizione da spedire da Stresa negli USA. Hanno imballato, incartato e spedito il pacco in modo impeccabile. Inoltre l'hanno rintracciato attraverso la dogana e si sono assicurati che arrivasse a destinazione. Il compenso era estremamente onesto e non abbiamo dovuto fare nulla. Continueremo ad usarli per tutti i servizi quando saremo in Italia. Apprezziamo anche DHL per l'eccellente gestione del nostro pacco pesante e di grandi dimensioni.

This shop is amazing and the support by Letizia and her staff is beyond words. We had a shipment to send from Stresa to the USA. They packed, wrapped, and sent the package flawlessly. In addition they tracked it through customs and made sure it arrived at the destination. The fee was extremely fair and we didn't have to do anything. We will continue to use them for all services when in Italy. We also appreciate DHL for the excellent handling of our heavy, large package.
