Ristorante Lago Maggiore

Delicious Italian food, very (extremely) quick service, cozy atmosphere. Standing in the line is very quick (better than "come after 21:00" in other high rated restaurants). Highly recommend

A wonderful small Italian restaurant right off the lake! The pasta was good and the pizza was better. They have a surprisingly good bourbon selection and overall a nice atmosphere where both tourists and local families can dine in comfort. Recommend giving them a try if you're in town!

Just had a wonderful meal at Ristorante Lago Maggiore. Great service and delicious food. Very accommodating. Ordered one of the specialty pizzas and it was incredible. Gianluca took great care of us and helped us with the language difference as well. Would highly recommend!!

A delicious lunch! The food is served in a stylish way and the portions are abundant and very tasty.

Stopped to have a pizza for lunch, really friendly staff, incredible service and amazing food. It was that good, we went back again in the evening for dinner! A lovely, memorable experience!

Good people. Good food. Best Spaghetti alla Vongole Veraci I've ever had. We spoke briefly of my Italian heritage and later during our passeggiata we saw the owners on the street. Fantastico!

Really lovely staff. Food was also hearty and great. They have this homemade Calabrian chill oil- spicy and fabulous! Good wine. Open later than others.

Fantastic meal and service! There were two other restaurants that didn't make me feel welcome that I went to first...so glad I moved on to this lovely place. The food was absolutely delicious, arrived promptly, and the service was warm. Give this spot a try!

This is one of the best place to eat with no view, the pasta with pistachios and guanciale was amazing the tuna was packed with flavor and the steaks amazing.

Very nice place to dine. The food quality is top notch, but know it will be a bit pricey. It's in an alley, away from main road so the atmosphere is nice. At 19:00 there will be a line to get in, recommend to be before that. Dishes made really fast.

The food was very good across the board. The Carpaccio was excellent - the roasted hazelnuts added a nice touch - as was the gnocchi with shrimp. The fried calamari were good but a bit salty for my taste. Great grilled vegetables and the desserts - tiramisu and bontè - we're very nice. Highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the better places in Stresa. Newly renovated interior, friendly service and good food. Can become very busy, but the staff is handling it well. Good to know for parents with babys: They have a changing table near the restrooms.

Just stopped in for a quick lunch before a golfing afternoon and it's a great place to eat! Good choices on the menu and plenty of pizza choices, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great! Good place to visit and eat, will be back next time we are in Stresa!

We turned up with no reservation. We were seated quickly, the service was lovely and the food was great. Well priced too. Would recommend. Thank you 🙂

Very nice staff, very good food!

Expected to struggle to get in here during peak time but was seated instantly and the staff were all top notch.

The duck dish was very good as was my lago maggiore pizza :)

Nicely tucked away down an alley, much calmer than the madness of the main square!
