Had to find this shop after reading so many reviews about it. SO glad I did, the owner and her daughter were so welcoming and lovely. I was looking for some murano glass jewellery, I wasn't disappointed! So much to choose from. I bought my friend a piece and Cristina changed the cord to a colour which would suit the piece and my friends colours. I then chose a piece for me, again without any hesitation Cristina changed my cord to make it longer and also gave me the short original one. Earrings next, we found the perfect match to compliment the pendant. Whilst I was being served, Cristina must've served another 3 people whilst sorting my purchases out! It was a fantastic buying experience and you don't need to be in a hurry, just accept it for what it is. Also, my husband was desperate for the loo!, Cristina's daughter Fransesca took him to where it was, but there was a fault gaining entry with his 50c! Cristina gave him another 1€ 50c to try again, so me and Fransesca went to try, again to no avail!!! So, Francesca took him to a bar and explained to them his plight and he used their facilities. We don't speak any Italian! Back in the shop, Cristina rang and left a message with the Mayor! Let's hope the local loos are fixed! All this happened during my purchase!! Absolutely brilliant and what a fantastic experience. By the time we left we felt like we had gained two new friends for life!! Thank you Cristina and Francesca xx

Lovely Shop run by Mother & Daughter. You will also find very beautiful Murano Glass Beads and Francesca makes you unique jewlery! Love it so much, if you travel to Stresa, visiting this Shop is a must 💕

We found this shop while strolling through the town and were immediately welcomed by the owner. She was very friendly and informed us about the history of the town and gave us tips to visit the local bakery. The ceramic is absolutely beautiful and there was a lot to see.😊

Found this nice shop while wandering the streets with my wife. A quality selection of merchandise. Has some of the usual tourist stuff out front, but the more unique/quality stuff like Murano glass, pottery, and jewelry are displayed inside. Cristina couldn't have been more helpful and genuine. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products she sells. We got a few items and then came back the next day with our teenage daughter to show her a couple things we thought she may like. She did!👍🥳
We also ended up buying a couple more items that we had our eyes on the day prior. We liked that most everything we purchased was better quality for just a little more money.

Beautiful store and kind people! We bought lovely ceramics, that were shipped to the US amazingly well. Nothing was broken! Cristina and her daughter, Francesca, are so helpful in making sure you get what you want!

Ein wunderschöner Laden! Mir ist erstmal ein "WOW" entwischt als ich eintrat. Sehr schöne Ceramik und Porzellan Figuren, Geschirr etc. Christina war sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr gut beraten und hat uns alles erklärt bzw gezeigt. Wir sind jetzt neue Besitzer einer wunderschönen Hahn 🐓 Figur, die für uns eine ewige Erinnerung an Italien bzw Stresa sein wird! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder bei unsrem nächsten Besuch.

Ho comprato un paio di orecchini in questo negozio come regalo per mia mamma qualche giorno fa.
La proprietaria non solo mi ha assistito con grande disponibilità ma ha anche condiviso la sua passione per gli animali. È stato un piacere incontrarla.

Potrei sembrare di parte perché sono di Stresa. Invece, proprio per questo cerco negozi che non vendano solo cianfrusaglie e dove trovare gentilezza sincera. E il negozio di Cristina e della sua famiglia è sempre stato uno di questi. Ad essere sinceri, oggi, rispetto ai tempi d'oro di Stresa, ci sono tanti bei negozi con persone cortesi e attente a seguirli. Un fortunato salto di qualità...

Wir haben heute drei sehr schöne Keramikschalen gekauft. Wie erwartet eine sehr gute Qualität und wunderschön. Die Beratung war hervorragend. Wir kommen schon seit Jahren sehr gerne in dieses schöne Geschäft.

Une magnifique boutique tenue par une femme passionnée. Ce qu'elle vend est sublime un très beau travail de peinture artisanale. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ontzettend vriendelijke verkoopster die ons zelfs met enige woorden/zinnen Nederlands te woord staat. Prachtig Italiaans keramiek en Murano glas artikelen in de winkel. Zeker een bezoekje waard.
