Wonderful location. Madalina and her husband are very welcoming. It has an amazing view on Lago Maggiore. It's close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very well furnished. Everything is very convenient. It also has a private car park. Madalina is very helpful and provides all possible information to make your stay an unforgettable time (maps, brochure for attractions, timetables for boats, good recommendation for food, market, locations for a good view, etc). We even have a bottle of Prosecco in fridge waiting for us.

Great host!Good location - only 7 minutes drive to Stresa. Apartment is fully equipped with what you need .There are few restaurants nearby but not by foot.

... a "perfect 10". we were there the second time. it´s amazing. the hosts are lovely. the appartment has ALL details needed ... and more ;-). everything is very clean and well thought out. the communication is quick and trustworthy. the view on the lake is amazing. the recomondations of the host are plenty (restaurants, activities, day-trips,etc.).

What a lovely spot up a hill in front of the Lago Maggiore! We called last minute if we could stay for two nights. Immediately the owner Maddelina received us with open arms and lots of suggestions what to do in the area. The room was very clean and spacious with stunning views of the Lago Maggiore. Upon departure she also helped us out with a problem with our car, super kind. This is the place you want to stay at in Baveno.

Not only was this apartment beautiful and clean, It had an amazing view and beautiful artwork by Maddalena. She and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind when we found ourselves in a bit of car trouble.
In addition to everything, there was a welcome prosecco bottle in the fridge, along with complementary water and snacks.

Lovely stylish, arty, studio apartment above Baveno. Very comfortable. Great hosts even left breakfast for us. You do need a car though, a winding road down to the town leads to pretty restaurants and bars around the lake and a good ferry service to the islands and beyond.

Beautiful appartement, the interior design is what you would aspect from Italians. Very spacious and comfortable. Perfectionism is in the details and it has a lot of them. Spectaculair view on the lake.

Very confy stay with fabulous view of Lago Maggiore. A quiet and clean place, the room has a tremendous modern design with paintings made by the owner herself.

Une situation au dessus du lac Majeur qui fait rêver à chaque fois que vous ouvrez les volets !!!!! Des appartements de qualité et parfaitement équipés. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour réussi.

Se si potesse aggiungere la lode oltre alle 5 stelle, lo farei volentieri! Che dire? Tutto perfetto: appartamento nuovo, pulito, curato nei dettagli e con una vista meravigliosa sul Lago Maggiore. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben die Tage hier absolut genossen. Das AP ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich alles ist tadellos sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - Mille Gracie! Bravo!
