Gutes Apartment, schick eingerichtet. Von außen sieht das Haus allerdings sehr alt aus. Es befinden sich im Haus bis auf die eine Etage ansonsten nur Privatwohnung, das uns aber soweit nicht gestört. Die Lage ist sehr gut. 5 min zu Fuß bis zur Promenade oder ins Zentrum. 1 min zu Fuß zu einem Supermarkt und Parkmöglichkeiten rund um die Wohnung. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Es gibt eine Küche für das Nötigste, aber mehr allerdings auch nicht.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Von aussen eher unscheinbar, etwas versteckt. Aber ein schöner Blick aus der zweiten Reihe auf den See. Grosse Terrasse traumhafte kleine Küche.., und ein Kamin mit Kerzen.

Leider würden wir das Vespucci nicht nochmals buchen. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage gut & auch das Zimmer ziemlich modern-schick eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation ein Disaster. Wir mussten wirklich sehr weit weg parken. Zudem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice - sodass auch bei einem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt keine neuen Handtücher oÄ gereicht werden. Das Zimmer riecht auch leider etwas muffig, die Klima geht nur eingeschränkt. Alles in allem ok wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, aber wir wünschen uns etwas mehr Service in einem doch nicht so günstigen „Hotel“.

BE AWARE This is not a boutique hotel from the outside - you will soon find out it’s just a few rooms in a residential building up on the hill, the outside of the building is a run down shell. There is no sign outside just a street number and parking is a real issue. Do not be confused it’s not any boutique as normally described. The lobby is used by all residents who live in the building. Not what we wanted, it’s misleading advertising. At best it’s just a room for the night. There are no staff and communication was poor. We were sent a video on how to get into the property remotely and you will need that.

Esperienza orribile. I termosifoni non funzionano pertanto la camera è fredda. Nella stanza non sono presenti coperte e nessuno dei responsabili si è degnato di portarle. Al numero fornito per le emergenze nessuno risponde. Non lo consiglio
