Peaky Riders

I recently stayed at Peaky Riders Zermatt, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and offers stunning mountain views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully curated.

The staff, especially Stefania and Choudelovdi, were incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their attentive service and local recommendations were invaluable.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Zermatt, whether you're skiing, hiking, or just enjoying the town. I highly recommend Peaky Riders Zermatt and look forward to returning!

A bitte walking distance to the center but yeah who wants to spare a little money is not a big deal! Clean rooms, with little pantry! Modern!

We slept very well in these cozy and simple rooms. Good value for money, would never go in any other hotel in Zermatt! If you don’t mind service-less hotel that’s the perfect place to stay

Great self check in hotel. 7min walk from the train station. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to use instructions for self check in. Great view of the river.

I skip the service as you have to check in and do everything yourself. Clear when you mak the booking. No problem therewith. The rest of the product, great and highly recommended.

Hence it is located 900m from station one have to make use of a taxi whose fare is exorbitant!! €18 for 900m 😡

Stayed for 3 nights in September - was brilliant! Modern room with comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Self check-in is super easy and efficient, but also reassuring to know the manager is also on-site should they be required. Also great location - 5 min walk from the station and walking distance to the everywhere else. Will deffo be back!

Had to cancel my reservation and the booking company online only cancelled one of two rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and they instantly refunded my money due to the mixup. I can’t speak directly about the accommodations but as a business they seem to be putting people over profits. When I come back to zermatt I will absolutely be booking here directly.

Very nice accommodation. The whole area is exceptional. It is easy to get around and beautiful scenes. The woman working there was extremely nice and friendly.

Sleeping next to the sound of the rushing river - pure bliss.
While it is for guests to self-check in, the manager is extremely approachable and helpful. She was more than happy to take the time in helping us plan our itinerary in Zermatt.
The room, while small, is cosy, modern, clean and welcoming. For this price, it’s definitely a steal. I can’t ask for better.
And there’s a coffee machine that serves complimentary coffee.

Great place to stay in Zermatt! Everything you need, no extra cost for services you don’t need. Will be our new go to place in Zermatt.
A few steps away from the Centre, but the bus stop is super close and the busses run frequently.

We stayed in the peaky riders for three nights and were very happy with everything. The room was very nice and from the balcony we even had a view of the matterhorn. In the mornin I appreciated the free coffee machine by the entrance and that my ski boots were nice and warm after having been on the ski boot heater over night. I would defintitely recommend this hotel.

Locating a little further than I thought. New building. No Ac. Room is spacey enough for the price. Self check in is easy. But checks out time is too early at 10am.

Had an excellent stay. Room was comfortable and clean, ski room was very useful. Check in and check out was super easy. Camille was absolutely wonderful and had great recommendations. Will be staying there again!

A nice hotel to stay. They provide good facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Peaky Riders hotel! Our double room was clean and cosy and we slept very well as the bed was so comfy. The location was really convenient, as the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and there was a bus stop just outside the hotel with a bus that took us directly to the ski lift. Camille was also very helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Zermatt. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

If you’re looking to do Zermatt on a budget, but still care about cleanliness and proper sleep, Peaky Riders is the way to go.
