Excellent!!! We were looking to hire 2 small full suspension bikes and 1 XL. We went into 5 other shops (4 of them totally not interested in us) before we found this one. Nothing was a problem here. Service was excellent, price was great and the bikes were all in very good condition. They even reversed the brakes for us, which made for a much safer riding experience for those of us from the southern hemisphere.
I highly recommend these guys to sort your biking needs while in Zermatt.

Fantastic rental experience here. We rented skis and bikes and had such exceptional service from Greg and Franco. They gave us great advice, showed us some trails that would be better suited for our family of 4 (and they were right!!) We cannot recommend them enough! They were both very patient with us and our girls. Thank you!!

Excellent bike rental, very good pricing. Rented a full suspension and rode up to Schwarzsee from town. Had a nice long climb and then very steep descent down Furgg. Bike’s suspension and brakes were perfectly maintained and setup for the climb and descent.

Extremely happy with the service and the e-mountain bikes. No need to pay for the cable car as you can motor up with less than one charge on the bike. All three staff members we spoke with were very nice and helpful with route suggestions. The bike rental was the cheapest in zermatt and they had a refreshingly relaxed approach to settling up - you pay at the end for however long you use them. Definitely will come back next time we visit!

we rented 2 emtbs through the web site, collected the bike exactly at 8 in the morning, took a ride up the mountain then down through the amazing single track, the bikes were great, the crew knowledgable and nice, overall we had a great experience. highly recommended.

Really helpful staff member helped us with our ebike rental, suggested an awesome route and enquired about our hotel to see if we could get a discount (which we could -10%). Recommended (especially given some of the reviews of other ebike places in Zermatt).

This place was awesome, we were uncertain of where to start and how to go about mountain biking in Zermatt. Most places were quick to give you a price and weren’t willing to go into detail with you on where to ride for the best views or really where to go; that all changed when we met Chris here. Chris was super helpful and even saved us a few hundred dollars by not buying the bike passes (bike passes were full price despite most of the lifts were closed). He helped us plan our route through the mountains and suggested we take the lift to save some time, struggles, and battery (for the e-bikes). This was the peak of our outdoor experience in Zermatt. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get some great views on the bikes, find my man Chris, he will steer you straight!

We ended up taking the lift to Sunnegga (though Blauherd will save you an extra 300m uphill) other than that, we rode across the mountains above Zermatt and came out by Furi. It was an amazing experience!

Super friendly staff who helped us with everything! We arrived close to closing time and they stayed late to help us make sure we had all our gear. Equipment isn’t brand new but definitely good enough for rentals! They have top brands and work with you to make sure everything is sized properly and personalized for you. We had a great day skiing and felt safe and comfortable with all our gear. Axel was very helpful and even recommended a great spot for lunch! Our hotel gave us a 10% off coupon which helped with the steep pricing, but definitely a worthwhile experience :)

We arrived at end of season but the guy in the hire shop was fantastic.
My 13yr old son had never skied and his setup was great. I recommend this business. We hired skis, boots, pants, jacket, helmets and gloves- we just turned up the day before. I thought reasonably priced considering the location.

Great mountain bike rental experience. Very affordable and flexible hourly rates. We are beginners so the bikes were fine for us, possibly more limited for expert riders.

If you want to rent a bike here is the best value in Zermatt

Strongly recommend for renting equipment in Matterhorn Sport. We went there at around 4 pm one day before ski and rented a full set of equipment including poles, ski board, boots, jackets and pants as well. For jackets and pants, they are mainly in black and blue colour. They also provided us some goggles which was free of charge and very useful for us to avoid direct eye contact with the sun. The price of the clothings and equipment was very reasonable with good quality as a ski beginner. Last but not least, the attitudes of the staff are super nice, friendly, helpful and patient, they provide clear and concise explanation for the usage of equipment. In addition, when I returned the equipment back to the shop, I felt dizzy and unwell after long hours of skiing, the staff gave me a cup of hot water. Highly appreciated and satisfied👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great kit. I have attached a price list for Summer Hire, which was comparable to other shops in the area.
The B2 boots and crampons were perfect. They asked if I wanted to leave my own boots in the shop to save carrying them up the Matterhorn; I borrowed them at around 13:00 Monday, summited Tuesday, returned to the shop at 9:45 Wednesday and paid two days rental.
They also have a good range of kit for sale. This shop had more equipment than others I saw (most seem to be technical clothing shops in Zermatt).

I bought ski boots from Matterhorn sport.
They have large vendors and they gave me to try all of them. They assisted me all the time till I pick one.
After one day sking, I felt some pressure on my feet and they did boots feeting for me free of charge.
On the second day of sking I still got pressure on my feet in another place and again they did the boots fitting free of charge.
Very professional and kind persons.
