Every time I'm there, the service somehow keeps improving. They are super friendly, and very ready to help out in which ever way possible. Prices are unbeatable. 11/10 recommend

Good place for supporting gears. They also have bike and ski for rent. The staff are very helpful in providing MTB routes.

We rented some ski equipment and the staff there was so helpful and kind. The prices were also cheaper compared to the other shop. Thanks to Jean, we spend a good time there.. Never has any problem with the staff from Decathlon, either in France or there, the experience is always great!

We have a great experience with Rafael helping us all the way for the right size for our ski rental. Never expect people to go that much out of the way to help. Bravo.

Bought some great ski goggles with good quality removable sun and fog lenses. Very good advice from sails person. At CHF 75 a good product.

Hired e-mountain bikes at a very reasonable price, staff were extremely helpful and unpushy. We had an issue with one of the bikes, and that was rectified very quickly and easily.

Other hire places probably have ‘nicer’ bikes, but our e-rockriders handled everything we came across - as mentioned - at a very reasonable price

The best outdoors store in Zermatt. I purchased several items from this store and the advice I received from the staff was fantastic, the goods are of high quality, with also very high value (cost/quality).
