Paradise Beach Cozumel

We visited Paradise Beach on 02/14/24 (8 in our party) plus two other families. We had the most incredible time!!! Our balance due at check in was incorrect, but there was no issue with them correcting it - I did have my email available just in case. We reserved a day bed for the day; it was wonderful and worth the minor extra cost - hopefully there is plenty of seating and not necessary at all. Omar and Jesus were our waiters/hosts for the day and they were absolutely incredible! We were never without food or drinks, and they were so entertaining and attentive. The property is beautiful, and even at its busiest time, was still relaxing and never got "too obnoxious". The pool was great and warm, and the kids really enjoyed swimming in there as well. One thing to note is that if you venture to a different area of the resort (i.e. we went to the pool, which is out of our waiters zone), they want you to open a second tab - but even then, the waiters were great! The food was great and we had the all-inclusive, so it was unlimited as well as our drinks. I have read some reviews that the drinks were weak or watered down - this was definitely not the case for us. It was a very short cab ride to Paradise Beach from the port, and they had several cabs waiting out front to take you back to port when you were ready - no wait. Overall this was one of, if not the most, favorite day of our cruise and we will definitely be back to Paradise Beach!!

The resort was just a short ride from the terminal. When you walk up you are instantly welcomed and feel like you are home. Staff was very friendly. The facilities were above clean and I saw people cleaning them several times during the day staying on top of it. Food was great. Only recommendation is some water shoes as there is some rocky spots over by the dock! Do your self a favor and buy the all inclusive package! You will thank me later!

Friendly and AMAZING service! When we arrived we were asked if we wanted chairs on the beach or poolside. Then they walked us to our selected location. It was really nice to not have to fight for a lounge chair. They brought us drinks and food to our chairs and while in the pool. Absolutely worth getting the all inclusive pass for the day. The food was really good and so were the drinks. We hung out at the pool all day, did not go to the beach. But the grounds were beautiful all around and clean. I would definitely go back when visiting Cozumel.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) spent the day at Paradise Beach in February 2024. We took a cab from the cruise port ($18/each way). When we arrived, we were greeted and sent inside to settle up our reservation.

We were then given a quick tour and escorted to the beach where we were able to choose our chairs for the day. You can choose beach or pool chairs, but since we added the fun pass, we chose the beach. The fun pass water toys were so much fun, and we used them most of the day. The water temperature was perfect. We borrowed some snorkel gear (included with fun pass) and saw some very large fish just in and around the roped off area. We only used the pool for a short amount of time (we just prefer the beach). It was large and never felt crowded.

The food and drinks were great, and the service was amazing. I'm not sure if I ever had an empty cup. They were always around to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everywhere around the resort was clean and well kept. When back in cozumel, we will definitely return to Paradise Beach!

My friends told me that they only go to Paradise Beach in Cozumel. We took their recommendation and were not disappointed. The beach, pool, food drinks & service are excellent.
Book ahead on website. The man at the taxi station at the port asked if we had reservations, so perhaps this place fills up.
Took a cab from the port, about 9km, so didn’t even think about walking. Cab for 4 was $20 ($4 per person fare +&1) with tip.
Check in was smooth and efficient. The host took us to our chairs & umbrellas on the beach. You can also sit by the pool.
Food was excellent and included in the price. Service excellent.
Just remember, these hard working people are working for tips and expect a 15% to 20% tip just like your cruise ship staff.

The day we went was cooler and very windy, but we still had a great time. Luis was such a friendly and attentive server, who made sure we never wanted for anything. The drinks were well made. My husband especially enjoyed the bar on the beach with swings for seats. The food was AMAZING and plentiful. I think we ate through most of the menu by the end of the day 😂. My kids also enjoyed the heated pool, which was a really nice option since the weather didn’t cooperate. It was beautiful there and we would absolutely return.

This is one of our favorite places without a doubt. Water was crystal clear. Drinks and food were fabulous. Waitstaff were friendly. Beach was clean. Swings and pier were so great. We love this place and would highly recommend.

Visited Paradise Beach while on my Carnival cruise. The staff is top notch, food delicious, drinks keep coming, and the place is clean and peaceful. They quickly ushered us to a table under the cabana and got us drinks and we ordered. Took a walk to the beach, it’s beautiful for it being 2 weeks before Christmas. Saul was an excellent attendant. Well worth the money! Especially for unlimited food and drink! We enjoyed the mostly adult atmosphere and laid back vibes. Definitely what was needed! Cab ride was about 10 minutes. They were also quick to get people into cabs and on their way back to port when people started leaving all at once because of rain. We were out of there in less than 5 minutes because of our reserved driver.

It was very nice beaches and pool for kids. They like it a lot, food was great too. We had a great time there with our family. Come back again!

Had a wonderful time at Paradise Beach in Cozumel on 2/23/24. Made reservations for the all inclusive for 10 of us in advance of our cruise, and glad we did because they were sold out (had 800 guests). All of the servers are wonderful!!! Rubio, Martin David and James, specifically! The pins coladas are the best ANYWHERE, and the food is delicious! Coconut shrimp was our favorite (you can get it prepared 4 different ways). The fajitas are great too! Guacamole is excellent, too! We highly recommend for a memorable day trip!!

What a great day at Paradise Beach!! Even with 7 ships in Cozumel it did not feel crowded at all. Service was out of this world. Food was very good and was delivered to our cabana very quickly. Drinks were just as good. Beach area was so nice and clean. Pool area so nice, what a great size. If you are second guessing yourself about a cabana just stop and get it, so worth it!! Will definitely return!! Thanks to all the staff for a great day!

Had a great time. The food was good the beach was nice and the staff was amazing. We had a day bed this time and loved it. Would highly recommend it. We took our 12 year old and she is ready to go back next time we are in there.

This all-inclusive experience was a top highlight of our cruise! We had such an amazing time. The taxi ride felt very safe and was an 11 min drive and cost $15 each way. Although it rained just a tad off and on, we were pleasantly surprised that the staff offered to allow us a refund for the Fun Pass we had purchased upon our arrival, which they didn't have to do! We took the refund and later ended up adding it back on when it cleared up, and we were so glad we did! For $14pp you get access to kayaks, paddle boards, and the aqua park inflatables, which compared to the place next door, were in amazing condition! We were then guided to the restaurant where we enjoyed unlimited amazing food and drinks! The water was a bit chilly but your body gets used to it so it was very enjoyable! Ivan and his partner were amazing and we never had to search for them when needed as they came by often to check on us! We later went to the pool, which was also in amazing condition and well kept! Such a beautiful place to visit and we literally recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!!

Paradise Beach Cozumel was absolutely amazing!! We visited recently while in Cozumel on a cruise. Everything was so clean and fresh looking (including the restrooms!!) and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and welcoming. Notably our waiters Daniel and Daria, those 2 were fantastic!! Great employees like these are really what makes your visit so special. They were very attentive and helpful. The food and drinks we had that day were the best we had had all week and there was no shortage of either (unlike on our cruise, were the food was awful and they ran out of many things).

It never felt crowded to me, especially while in the pool. The heated pool is so large that it doesn't feel crowded. It has a very laid back vibe and wasn't a loud party atmosphere as some other day resorts are. They had music playing which I appreciated but it wasn't overbearing or loud and nobody was yelling to be heard over the music. If you're looking to be pampered and have a relaxed beach day in a literal Paradise then I would definitely recommend spending the day at Paradise Beach Cozumel.

Stopping at Paradise Beach was really a highlight of our trip, so much so that we will be booking another Western Caribbean cruise just so we can go back. I only wish we had more time to spend there. We will be back soon 🌴❤

I had the best time ever!! The food and drinks were phenomenal! Was there as part of my Carnival Breeze Cruise. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating!! The water was amazing, the views were breathtaking. The all inclusive resort has so much available for my grandkids to enjoy as well as the food, it was amazing! I'm truly pleased!! I got a serious sunburn in the end but no regrets! Will be better prepared next time for the sun! Will definitely return!! Thank you for the perfect time there!

Had a great time here, booked a daybed using the Website and is reserved for you for the entire day. Service was friendly and attentive. Never had to chase down a server, they regularly check on you. The pool is heated and huge. I was a little nervous booking an excursion on my own not associated with my cruise line, but it was fine. We took a cab back and forth to the cruise port and everything was seamless.

Incredibly great experience end to end. Beach is beautiful and food/drink fantastic. The whole experience banks on the well staffed and excellent crew of people that never keep you waiting. We bought top shelf and it was worth the upgrade. Definitely recommend without fear booking this in advance. No need to go through cruise ship. Cab to and from is 20 cash each way.

This place definitely felt like paradise!! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the views were breathtaking. There was plenty to do if you wanted or you could just sit back and relax. Will definitely return!

Great beach club. Quick ride from the cruise terminal. Excellent service. Clean restrooms. Huge pool. Nice sandy beach with plenty of toys. Ask the food and drinks one can muster. We rented one of the covered "cabanas" on the pool, which was a great choice. Comfortable bed to chill on plus our own table and chairs. No vendors! Great time! Will be back.

We had a great day at Paradise Beach. Our server, Arny was amazing and stayed on top of everything we needed. The daybed was an amazing addition to our day. There isn't a swim-up bar, BUT, being served poolside AND in the pool made up for that. The drinks and food were all great!
The price is wonderful for everything you have included.
