Hemingway Restaurant Beach & Nightclub Cozumel

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Hemingways. Our comfortable lounge style table was just a few feet from the water overlooking a killer sunset. Service and food were both excellent.

If you are looking for an aesthetic vibe with good food on the ocean, this is your place! We had a fantastic server named Jorge, who was prompt, friendly and even honored a few special requests. We had the Mahi Mahi fillet and shrimp fettuccine and both were cooked to perfection. Extremely impressed! We will be back for breakfast!

What a great discovery. Thos restaurant is amazing. Great food, ambient and customer service. And of course the a view of the sunset just priceless. Definitely 💯 % recommend.

I had a chance to photograph a wedding at Hemingway and I could not thank and appreciate Ada, the manager, enough. There was not that much planning, or a wedding planner, just a rental of the space and things as they went along, but everything turned out SOOO beautiful, the restaurant has lovely views, good spots for photography, and it's located in the sunset side of the island. Ada went above and beyond to help the couple and family have a smooth experience, stayed on top of EVERYTHING, and helped so much throughout the day. The restaurant had an open menu and managed to serve all 70 people with all options of drink and food without issues. We were all very emotional with the whole wedding 💍💒 and will hold the restaurant in our good memories. It's also nice to go swim and dive 😁

The drinks here are really tasty. The sunset views are one of a kind and the service is excellent. Some dishes are a hit while others might be a miss but overall this place has some good views, so next time you’re in Cozumel head to the second floor and sit by the back to view the sunset and order a cocktail as you won’t be disappointed!

This place was nothing short of amazing. Go here at sunset! Its right on the ocean. Great music (loud), drinks, food, and ambiance. Good for date night or hanging with a large group of friends. I ordered the burger. It was HUGE and delicioso! I will return when I go back to Cozumel! I cant believe how much value I received for the price I paid.
USD goes a long way in Mexico.

Great beach club away from the cruise ship crowds. Good drinks and the beach out in front can't be beat. The fresh water shower was a nice perk!

This place is so cool. Great atmosphere and good people. Good fish tacos. You can eat and drink right there on the water. Excellent swimming and snorkeling area too. Music was my style and it was a great sunset!!!

Upstairs was more quiet with a wonderful sunset view. We also enjoyed taking pics with the heart, and the food was wonderful. But the margarita was the best I've had!!

What a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We only had a few drinks, but the view is amazing!

Wonderful food. The view was fantastic because you’re at water level. Great place to view the sunset. You can eat from inside your private cabana. Every bite was great but the best thing was the guacamole in “crispy Parmesan” bowl. I would go again. I’d give it a 92 out of 100.

The enchiladas with an egg are a perfect breakfast! My husband loves the eggs Benedict. We will return every time we come to Cozumel 😁

Hemingway is a Great place to hang out & relax! From 11am-5pm, they have a great deal on Chicken Nachos and four beers for only $10. The fish tacos are delicious! The guacamole was not our favorite, but we got over it. They have Good frappuccinos! Wonderful views! This is one of our favorite places to go to relax and chill during our extended stay in Cozumel. I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. This is probably the only bar I would go to if I were to visit Cozumel again. Great atmosphere with great House music, food was delicious for such cheap price, and direct access to the cleanest/clearest beach of Cozumel. They also have snorkeling and jetskiing you can rent while you're here.

I got the pork belly tacos and lemon pie. Both were amazing. Definitely use the green sauce that comes with the tacos. It has a wonderful taste with good heat. You feel it on your lips and front of your tongue. I used it on my tacos and finished the rest by itself. I’d rank the heat about the same or a little less than Blair’s after death sauce. I love hot sauce and this was probably the best tasting
I’ve had in all my trips to Mexico. Our waitress was very kind and accommodating. Great service 100%. I could have done without the loud music, but I’m not a fan of noise, so that’s a me thing, not a knock on the restaurant. In my younger years I would have probably enjoyed that aspect more. Definitely a fun place with great food and won’t break the bank.

The cocktails were fantastic. My favorite was the Cantarito Tropical. You can't taste the alcohol, but it hits you after. The views and ambience were also great. Really chill and beautiful sunset view.

INCREDIBLE place to watch the sunset. Happy hours with margaritas and mojitos for only 80 pesos (4$ US). The set up is amazing such as the view and drinks. We will come back.

Such a beautiful place. We went here with our catch from earlier that at and they cooked it to perfection for us. The view of the sunset was incredible and the bar on the bottom is so cool and offers excellent photo ops. The coconut shrimp and sashimi were pretty good as well.
