We had a great experience renting here! They were very friendly and relaxed, did a great job explaining the different fees and insurance options and what you would see on your credit card. As a bonus, we loved hanging out with the sweet dogs at the shop and they are right by the airport! Would highly recommend!

Russell is the best! I will never rent anywhere else in Cozumel. He makes it easy, he is friendly and will do anything for you when necessary. I have tried other rental car agencies in Cozumel, and non-even come close to budget!

Great place to rent a car. Like most rental companies, they protect themselves by requiring either insurance or a deposit, but it's fair. I did not receive high-pressure sales when I declined the insurance. The car was in great shape, and I had no problems with the rental or return process. After we left, I got a call from them that my wife had left her iPhone in the office. Very honest people.

These guys are just the best. Always helpful and most important, they don’t try to charge you for stuff at the end. Except gas of course

I had an accident and Carmen and Russell came to the site, communicated with the police , insurance, and guy who hit me. And they got us another (nicer) vehicle. They went out of their way to help us. The service agents are the best!!

We had an easy time renting a car from here! We got a small electric car for the day so we could drive around the island. It had plenty of juice for what we wanted to do. Please note: like every rental car agency and hotel on the planet, there will be extra charges. Whatever the cost of the car, add another $50-70. It is what it is -- and Budget was still $100 cheaper than our hotel who wanted to charge $200 to rent a Jeep for a day.

I gave this a 3 because when we ordered online we did purchase the extra insurance which once we got there found that we had to do additional insurance which almost doubled our cost and put it within $12.00 usd of other rentals at airport that we wouldn't have had to walk to. Other than that they were very efficient and nice and gave us a ride to the ferry without charging extra. Very nice people just beware of insurance.

Car was clean and in excellent condition. Expect high pressure sales tactics trying to persuade you to pay an extra $15/day for a zero deductible insurance after you have prepaid the insurance. Book on Orbitz or a similar website which CLEARLY states the insurance has no deductible. Lastly, document all damage during the initial walkthrough. In addition to taking pictures, record the walkthrough and get the agent on video so there's no question of when the recording was made. I did this and I did not have any problems with allegations of damage to the car. The drop-off process was very easy.
