Buccanos

Was a cloudy day but still had a great time! Food and service was exceptional, and the place had a good and calm atmosphere. Definitely recommend exploring the whole property as there is a lot of beautiful areas as you walk further along the place.

We absolutely love this place we visit every year for our entire family vacation. They have so many things to do or you can relax and enjoy a pool or the beautiful beach the restaurant is awesome the wires and manager are the best we never go anywhere else. It cost to get in but anything you order from restaurant your entry fee is deducted from food bill. I wouldn't go any where else.

Great place, great vibe! Food is definitely above average, service is on point. Lots of shady or sunny places to be. The pool is an oasis with some shallow sitting zones. Walk in and snorkel. Yes you pay 400 pesos to get in but after lunch I only ended up paying 200 more pesos. Worth it for the atmosphere alone. I went and tried to save money somewhere else and ended up spending more money for none of the atmosphere.

This place is a true gem!! I was referred to this place and I must say it is a dream! It's free, (don't let the taxi drivers make you believe it costs 25 pp). Just tell them nicely, I have reservations.. (P.S. they don't have reservations or any fees). Now you do pay a fee that'll equal 75.00 for a family of 4 but however much it cost. That amount goes towards your purchases of food, drinks.
The food was really good, beach at your feet. Free chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment at no additional cost and more. I can't beat it here. Resort next to here has jet ski rental, snorkeling, paddle boarding and more. Just walk over and you can enjoy all those things for whatever their price is.

Buccanos Beach Club in Cozumel is an absolute gem tucked away in paradise. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with an air of exclusivity and luxury. The staff service here is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, they ensure that your experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Everything, from the beach chairs to the facilities, is impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation. The highlight for me though was the water itself. The clarity of the sea is simply mesmerizing, inviting you to take a refreshing dip or snorkel among vibrant marine life. It's the kind of place that leaves you in awe of nature's beauty. After such an unforgettable experience, there's no doubt that I'll be returning to Buccanos Beach Club in the future. It's the perfect escape for anyone seeking a luxurious beach getaway in Cozumel.

Beautiful and intimate restaurant. Staff are incredibly attentive, every time I took a sip of water it was topped off. Outdoor seating is perfect for a sunset. Me and my partner had the lobster tacos, fish and chips, brownie with ice cream, and we each got our own drink. All food and drink was delicious. The total came out to about $88 USD, or $1500 pesos.

Buccanos Beach Club was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, peaceful, and upscale. There were far less tourists than some of the other places we have visited in the past. The food and service were excellent, and the water on this end of the island was clear and absolutely beautiful!

We had a lovely day at Buccano's Beach Club. We arrived at lunchtime and headed to the restaurant after checking in. Our drinks promptly arrived. The Jamaica Mezcal Margarita was beautiful and had a spicy kick to it. Our burger was huge, tasty, and hot from the grill. The Lobster Nachos were served on plantain chips, which gave them a hearty crunch. The pool area was nice and included two outdoor shower stations. The beach area had loungers with palapas, a sandy shore entry, a pier with a ladder, and a safe buoyed off area for snorkeling.

This restaurant was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious and service was amazing! Their seafood and sushi, everything else was incredible! Good vibes and atmosphere! We came here the last night of our vacation and wish we knew this place at first!

I ordered the lobster ravioli, and my wife ordered the fish of the day. Both dishes were superb and tasted fresh. I especially liked the sauce for the raviolis. My only critique in the atmosphere is because when we say outside, the mosquitoes ate me alive. If you want to avoid mosquitoes, then stay inside. Though I do recommend stepping out so you can enjoy the view.

We went to Buccanos at Night for our first dinner in Cozumel and they knocked it out of the park! The food was delicious, presentation was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great! We enjoyed appetizers, entrees, and desserts. By the end of the meal, everyone had smiles on their faces and we agreed our trip was off to a great start! The staff operated like a well-oiled machine. They were attentive and answered any questions about the menu. Before taking our order, they asked if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions. The food came out quickly and the portions were generous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and dessert was delicious. "Here have a bite. You have to try this!" seemed to be the theme at our table. We recommend anyone visiting Cozumel make sure to go to Buccanos at Night for dinner at least once.

Many Cozumel beach clubs have a major party vibe, including large inflatable bounce equipment in the water (etc), this is NOT that.

We highly recommend the pineapple ginger mojito.
Snorkeling is best past the ladder. The ladder has a platform to sit & easily put on Snorkeling gear.

Some of the best meals we have ever had on the island. The seafood is so tender and flavorful, the drinks are delicious and the view is magnificent! All comes together for a great night out!

Great pay beach club, entry fee subtracted from food and drink, not as many tourists since it isn't an excursion site! Try the Tuna fish and chips!

This establishment is truly remarkable. While I was unable to capture many photographs due to my preoccupation with the delectable cuisine, there was live musical entertainment. The service provided was exceptional, and the culinary offerings were impeccable in every aspect.

A nice beach club where it costs 400 pesos to get in but deductible from your tab. Great snorkling with fish :) nice beach with long chairs and great service. Take water shoes as there are a few rocks but you can get around without. Also, a pier and a swimming pool and rapid food and drinks service. Arrive early for best choice of chairs!

After trying most of the well known restaurants on the island of Cozumel, Buccanos is by far one of the best. You can search online for some of the best food on the island but this restaurant definitely does it differently from presentation to ingredients used. One of the surprises on the drink menu was a lychee martini. While not special, it wasn’t something other restaurants had readily available. Along with this, our server also asked if I was familiar with their previous menu which offered more sushi options and assured us they can make most of their dishes which were great. Pictured is the house take on bread pop overs, Queso Oaxaca, Spider roll, Lobster tacos, Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Nutella Parfait. The Queso Oaxaca and Spider roll were probably my favorite appetizers. The Mac and Cheese with lobster was generously portioned and the tacos were full of flavor. The dessert options were also different but had great additions like brownie bits in the parfait of ice cream and Nutella. The restaurant itself is located upstairs of Buccanos Beach Club. At night, it’s very dark entering the property so make sure to use your flashlight on your phone to find the walking path if you’re not using a taxi. The restaurant was very busy when we went but we were still greeted and asked to confirm that a reservation was made before we sat. Service was friendly and super fast. Looking forward to visiting the beach club on my next visit to Cozumel.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cozumel and it is a must-try if you haven’t been. Amazing views, friendly staff, and delightful food. Great for special dinners, celebrations, etc too.

The beach is beautiful and the pool is nice. The food is great with large portions.

After 5 weeks of travelling Mexico, this place was our perfect last meal !
