Rentadora Golondrinas

My wife and I rented a scooter for 1 full day at a very fair price from Paco. It was so much fun that we had to come back for a second day rental, which we got a good deal on. I can’t speak for the cars, but the two different scooters we tried were absolutely fine and handing them back was without any issues. I highly recommend them for fair prices scooter rental!

We rented a car yesterday from Golondrina. The car was a nice Nissan car with ac and cruise control. The car worked very well and the drive around the island was very easy with low traffic volumes. Interesting to see different parts of the Island. Stopped at Iberostar for lunch.

They also offer a very affordable (and optional) insurance I'd recommend!

These guys are GREAT!!! We paid for the Jeep rental in Playa del Carmen, waiting for the ferry to Cozumel. We arrived in Cozumel, walked a couple blocks, waited about 45 minutes, and got our vehicle. The employees are running everywhere, taking care of so many people. 45 minutes.. or more, would be more than reasonable to wait. This is not like renting a car in the US. The process is quick, the rentals are made for heavy & hard use, and the rules are few. 😊 We received the friendliest service ever. We had the Jeep all day and went allover the island. We had such a great time! We recommend these guys 10/10 times. Enjoy a wild ride & an authentic & awesome time in Cozumel!

We had a good experience here. This business, like all other scooter rentals on the island is a hustle. Take your time, ask questions, be ready to bargain. We got a scooter that was "brand new!" But had clearly been dropped once or twice. It's two wheels, it gets you around, so it was all good.

Two days into our rental, we had a flat tire. Celso said that was covered when we rented it. We were fairly far out of town when it happened. We called the number he gave us, and ~30mins later another guy arrived on a scooter which he traded with us. He stayed behind to meet the repair truck. Honestly, we couldn't ask for much more.

They took a lot of photos of the bike before the trip, as did we. We paid in advance and made them write "paid in full" on the invoice. We had no hassles at return time. Good service here.

I see some bad reviews, but my experience was very good. We did have an issue with the vehicle that we rented, but they immediately switched cars to a new one. The staff went above and beyond to provide superior service. They dropped off the car at the hotel, and picked it up at the airport. We worked with Jose Luis both times. He was super helpful. When we return to Cozumel, this is the rental company that we will use.

Great bike, no issues with customer service, good people that deserve to be treated with respect. They take card or cash. Ideally, make sure you have an international drivers permit.

Excelente lugar para rentar una moto scooter. Queda a dos calles del puerto dónde llegan los ferris, por lo que puedes llegar caminando. La atención es muy amable. La moto que nos rentaron era de buena calidad. Pudimos recorrer toda la isla en ella sin ningún problema. Para recargarla hay una bencinera cerca, por lo que todo nos resultó muy cómodo. Se puede acordar lo de la garantía, dan opciones muy convenientes. Recomendable.

Nous avons loué un scooter en prenant notre billet de ferry ultramar , nous sommes allés le récupérer en arrivant à Cozumel et tout s'est très bien passé 😉

Amables y muy atentos, te recomiendan lugares y te dan los mejores tips. Lo mejor es que te dan la opción de rentar sin tarjeta de crédito, eso hace la diferencia en otras arrendadoras, sin duda recomendables.

Si nada más que te lo dan vacío y tú lo tienes que llenar o calcular cuánto vas a ocupar de gasolina

Excelente servicio. Mucha demanda en temporada fuerte de turismo, ten paciencia. Buen precio de arrendamiento.
