Highly recommend, we were a large group of friends and we had an amazing atv tour, our guide was very attentive and patient with us, language wasn't a barrier at all. He was very accommodating, the staff very nice and the food was grand, everything was well worth it. Looking forward to visit again next year but this time I will bring family. Thanks again guys

We spend such a great time at Atvs to Mezcalitos tour. Our guide Alexander, the views, the atvs, the road, the ruins make our day at Cozumel. At last but not at least, the lunch and the snorkel was great! This activity is a most do.

We enjoyed our atv tour. We spent the day with victor and his service was fantastic. We seen so many cool things and had a wonderful time. We would recommend victor to anyone for the atv tour

**Increíble Experiencia de Turismo en Cozumel**

Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar varias actividades con este operador turístico en Cozumel y no podría estar más satisfecha con la experiencia. Vivo en Toronto, mi hermana en Cancún y mi mamá en Veracruz, y cada vez que nos reunimos elegimos Cancún. Aunque Cancún es hermoso, me encanta Cozumel y voy cada que puedo.

Esta agencia es la que siempre elijo cuando voy a Cozumel. La primera vez probé el recorrido en ATVs con mi hermana. Nuestro guía y el fotógrafo fueron súper amables y atentos, siempre nos sentimos consentidas. La vista por la playa fue encantadora y nos divertimos mucho, nunca nos hemos reído tanto en la vida . Hicimos una parada para disfrutar de la vista mientras saboreábamos un coco que nos ofreció el guía, y también hicimos una degustación de tequila, que fué genial porque no nos presionaron para comprar nada.

La segunda vez que fuí a Cozumel, mi mamá y yo hicimos el recorrido en buggies el guía era Super alegre y platicon y muy amable cómo el de la otra vez. Cada parada nos ofrecían juguitos, refrescos o agüitas. Al final del recorrido llegamos al restaurante Playa Uvas, donde nos alcanzó mi hermana e hicimos snorkeling. Las fotos que nos tomaron fueron fantásticas y siempre nos sentimos seguras. Y la comida estuvo deliciosa y es una buena porción.

La tercera vez, mi mamá y yo nos quedamos en su hotel Luna Azul by Uvas. Nos recogieron para llevarnos al recorrido en ATVs, quería que mi mamá también lo probara. Al principio estaba asustada, pero luego se lo disfrutó tanto que no quería bajarse y se sintió como una adolescente. La estancia en el hotel fue muy linda, con una alberca donde podíamos relajarnos y la cercanía a la playa nos permitía disfrutar de caminatas en la tarde.

No puedo recomendar más sus servicios. Gracias por hacer de cada viaje a Cozumel una experiencia inolvidable y por siempre hacernos sentir como clientes VIP.

Tomé el tour con mi familia, desde el momento de la recepción todo fue increíble, los guías muy amables, muy atentos siempre. lo recomiendo ampliamente 100%

Es una experiencia muy recomendable, servicio excelente, los tours verdaderamente hermosos!!!! Los guías súper amables y la comida deliciosa, si quieres pasar unas vacaciones divertidas este lugar te ofrece lo mejor !!!

Si quieren pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables en Cozumel estos tours tienen que estar en su itinerario. La playa y sus instalaciones se me hicieron un lugar muy bonito y ameno para pasar el día, la comida es muy buena, además si contratan un open bar o alimentos ilimitados no querrán salir de ahí.

Fui con un grupo de amigos y ha sido de las mejores experiencias en playa, tanto los tours como los guías 10/10. Super buena atención y diversión sin descuidar nuestra protección y seguridad. Lo recomiendo 100%

Hermosa playa cristalina perfecta para hacer snorkel, kayak y para relajarse y disfrutar del mar. La comida rica y el trato y servicio excelente. Muy amable y atento el personal.

Excelente servicio y atención del personal que labora ahí,muy atentos y serviciales ,un lugar muy bonito ideal para disfrutar con la familia ,disfrutas tanto del mar como de sus albercas ,la comida deliciosa ,ricas bebidas para refrescarse del calor y el.lugar uffff todo muy limpio ordenado muy bello lugar , también tienen actividades para realizar como recorrido en las cuatrimotos k te llevan aun mas a disfrutar de este hermoso lugar ,

Me gustó ir al tour nos atendió Oliver y todo muy bien y a gusto, sin duda regresaría de nuevo y el clima muy bueno solo si hay que valorar a qué horas es donde más sol hay, pero en general todo bien

Los tours, la playa, la comida… Sin duda regresaremos pronto!

I cannot stress this enough - avoid at all costs. I would leave zero stars if I could. We had made a reservation, we were outside and ready for pick up at that time but nobody showed up. When we called to ask, they said we had moved our reservation which was not the case. We got picked up 45 minutes late just to be driven around in a car to waste more of our time. We were charged an additional fee to enter a national park (positive we never came close to a national park during our tour), and were then pressured to purchase $30 face masks (also was not informed of this in advance).

Though the website explicitly states “more than 2 hours of ATV riding”, our tour was maybe an hour at best. Whilst on our tour, we were not given the opportunity for any sight seeing. We only stopped mid trail with nothing around us (description told us we would be seeing Mayan Ruins, amongst other things) At one point I personally asked for water and was told I had to wait. Because of this, I began to feel poorly and needed an extra minute before continuing the ride. During this time, I was rushed and pressured to get back on my ATV and was told to “just keep going”. I was not offered any assistance or water and was not able to attend the visit to the beach club that was included in the excursion. Per the members of my group that did go, it was far from worth it. You would be much better off renting an ATV from a different company, riding around the island yourself on a scooter, or simply finding a different beach club to spend your day at.

With all of this being said, we did try to contact the company and received no response. I fear this review will get deleted in the near future, but I hope it reaches the necessary audience so others do not have to experience what we did.

The ATV tour with this company was nothing as advertised. My family and I had a tour booked at 10:30 am and they never showed up to pick us up. We finally got ahold of them and they said that our tour was actually at 12:30 (we confirmed with them over the phone the day before that they would pick us up at 10:30 and our trip confirmation also said 10:30). They rushed to get us, took us to a building out of the way, just to pay $5 a person to enter a national park I'm sure we never entered. Why wasn't this included in the original fee? We drove around with our guide (Victor) to kill time until 12:30 and when we finally got on our ATVs, we rushed through the tour. Our guide specifically said that he did our tour in 1 hour, when it should have taken an hour and 40 minutes. We didn't stop to see sights, we didn't learn anyting about Mayan culture, and we never saw any ruins. Riding ATVs was fun, but our guide rushed us through everything and when people in our party were feeling poorly because of the heat, he also pushed to get them going again and they ended up leaving the experience early. The food at the beach club was fine and the staff there was nice, but we didn't end up doing anything else there (even though they said we did a snorkel tour) TLDR: Don't do this tour unless you want to risk wasting a whole day being jerked around and gaslit.

Do not listen to any of these positive reviews. They have all been put up in the last three days and they are fake. These reviews are more than likely people who work for the company, they do not even have real names. They simply just wanted their rating to go back up. This was a terrible experience and such a scam.
