Would definitely stay here again! Great hardworking staff, our room was cleaned so well, many thanks to the housekeepers, make sure to leave them tips they deserve it. Great location, walking distance to bars restaurants pier convenience stores everything. Felt safe here, (key fob to enter gate, fingerprint door lock for your suite). Art and handmade items adorn this property, it is well maintained. Beautiful flowering plants. Excellent coffee too, enjoy it until noon in the lobby. Thank you!

We have the pleasure of staying at Villa Las Anclas for 9 nights. This hotel is amazing. Our room has a sitting areas downstairs, a kitchenette, dining table and the bed/bathroom are lofted at the top of a really cool spiral staircase. The room is individual, and the art and decor make it feel so special. The communal area is full of plants and other artistic touches too! The pool is clean and lovely. David at the front desk is awesome. The location is super close to many restaurants, dive shops, and conveniences. I can’t say enough about this hidden gem.

This gem of a boutique hotel is very well located, 2 streets from the ferry terminal and a short taxi ride away from the airport. You could go almost anywhere on foot, yet it was quiet in the hotel. The staff with special mention to the manager David Aguilar has been wonderful, helpful, kind and friendly. The little villa was clean, comfortable and had almost everything you need. I wish the aircon could be quieter though. We felt quite safe in the compound and the landscaping was charming. However we didn’t use the pool because the water was just too cold. Many restaurants nearby.

Great welcoming staff, including Otto the dog 😊. My partner and I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. Great central location to everything you need. Kept clean and maintained. Fast and free wifi. Smart tv to log into your streaming accounts. Private place. Security is great with key fob access and fingerprint door entry to your room. The pool is a clean and cool for a dip on a hot day. Staff is helpful and friendly. Shampoo and body wash, dish soap and basic kitchen needs (utensils, plates, cups, mini fridge, microwave, etc), towels toilet paper, all you need 😁. We stayed for a week and felt at home, wished we stayed longer!
Thank you again to everyone!

Clean, comfortable and very spacious rooms for a fair price in a very central area, with several good restaurants within 50m walking distance. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, helped us plan our time in Cozumel. Highly recommended, 5/5

Stayed for five days at the end of 2021 on a dive trip. Very nice duplex apartments (w/kitchenette and fridge) located in center of San Miguel. Short walk to ferry pier, Plaza, MEGA and many restaurants/bars. Will sleep family of four comfortably. Clean, well appointed and good price. Staff was very helpful and kind. Disco next door was a bit noisy. Pool area is compact and has drying racks for scuba gear, although hotel is not a diver's hotel per se. Just down the street from Aqua Safari pier so diving with Aqua Safari or Aldora is very convenient.

This is a little piece of serenity in central Cozumel

Located less than 10 min walk from the ferry terminal, and a 10 min cab ride from the airport, it takes no time to get here. Once you arrive, you’re greeted warmly and shown to your 2 level “apartment”.

The grounds are very well kept, and the pool area is lovely. The property is private and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the town center. There is a hose and drying racks to rinse scuba and snorkel gear, and a grill if the mood strikes.

The rooms are bright on open, with all the right creature comforts. The AC is very effective and the bed is very comfortable. The first floor seating area is great to sit and read or stretch out for a siesta.

As soon as you step out the front gate, you are minutes away from many good restaurants, including a nice coffee/breakfast joint around the corner. Of course there are plenty of dive shops... I enjoyed diving with Carlos at GoDivers just half a block away.

If you want to further explore the island, just walk a block to the main road to find plenty of cabs. Remember your pesos as the cabs will gouge you with exchange rates.

This place is so great! I had checked into an Airbnb that I just didn’t love and came across this place on booking.com. I walked over to check out the place just before 8 pm and the property manager, Karla, and the owner were talking as they saw me curiously walking by and invited me in even though Karla was leaving shortly for the evening. She checked their availability and even showed me the room that I could occupy if I chose to leave my airbnb. She gave me her details and said I could let her know in the morning.

I slept on it, but knew that I definitely wanted to make the switch so that afternoon I checked into Hotel Villas Las Anclas and I’m so glad I did! First, I loved that the property was so secure and private. Second, the room was so lovely and spacious! Plus, I had the apartment closest to the pool which was so nice. And third, the outdoor space was so great! I got dinner to go both nights and enjoyed it in the outdoor area. I would have stayed longer than two nights, but unfortunately I wanted to be closer to the beach and decided to head back to Isla Mujeres earlier than expected. However, I was beyond happy I decided to switch places even if it was only for 2 nights. Karla was so accommodating and welcoming and I would totally recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the town area of Cozumel.

I stayed at Villa las Anclas for five nights and had a great time.
The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with all the basic amenities you could need.

The location is on a quiet street far away from the noise but still within walking distance of all the restaurants/shops.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cozumel that wants a restful vacation away from the big resorts and crowds.

Great stay at a terrific location and a very fair price. Unique duplex-style villas with a kitchenette and living room on the ground floor and a spiral staircase leading up to the lofted bed and bathroom. Both very comfy. Large A/C cools the room perfectly and the attention received from Karla the manager and Rosie couldn't be better.

Charming villas tucked away from the street, makes you feel miles away from the crowds. Yet, hundreds of shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The villas are equipped with all you need to have a great time. We made use of the common area grill. Cooking up our authentic dishes with ingredients from the local market. The A/C is excellent. That, as well as, the cozy pool helps you cool off from a day in the sun. Very helpful staff to answer any of your questions or book transportation and excursions. We love the atmosphere. It is our home away from home. Safe, secure, and close to sooooo much! Only 7 units, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay in Cozumel. The hotel is listed as a three-star hotel, but for the price (~$70USD) it feels more like a 4-star place. Beautiful rooms with two floors (and a spiral staircase!), tasteful artwork and textiles in the rooms, hot showers (sometimes hard to find in Mexico!), and powerful AC. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly gracious and helpful; Carla was very informative of where to check out a good dive shop just down the street, and they did my laundry for me same-day for only 50 pesos! (Normally it is 100 pesos, but I had so little that they only charged me half. What service!)

If I find myself back in Quintana Roo again, which I fully expect, I will be looking to stay in this hotel again.

Great location, and the staff are so helpful. They work to accommodate any needs you have and it's a great location. Close to everything but away from the noise. I will be staying here when I come back to the island.

Nice small hotel with 8 villas. The rooms have 2 stories with a living area and a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. Nice clean rooms and a small pool

This hotel is just great. It was waaaay better than I expected, and I regret that we only stayed for two nights.

Two story rooms, barbecue, clean and modern, free coffee. Perfect.
