SharkRider Rental

We rented multiple vehicles from sharkrider while in Cozumel (mopeds, cars) and really feel that the flexibility that gave us to explore took our vacation to the next level. Danny was super professional, they responded promptly on WhatsApp to answer any questions and were a pleasure to do business with.

Highly encouraged to anybody visiting the island whether you need transportation for the day or for weeks.

Amazing rental service we rented 4 mopeds a jeep and a dune buggy. Easy going and fast service. They made it one of the highlights of our trip.

I really enjoyed renting from SharkRider. Daniel was very nice and met me at the airport and communicated through WhatsApp. The little Bumblebee was very nice scooter - easy riding. I don’t think they enjoyed me as much, I crashed into their gate upon returning and broke the front fender 👀👀👀👀. I was so happy with the experience other than that 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀. My recommendation to other novice scooter-ers is to check out the return location ahead of time. The street to their back lot is so busy, many people yelling, many cars, so it’s easy to get stressed out and hit the gas when you mean to hit the break. 🫣🫣😭 There is an ATM across the street that returns pesos if you have to pay for damages. 😬I think I paid more money for damages than needed so I tell myself they made a nice tip too 😅. RIP Bumblebee. 🐝

Great scooters. No problems. Could give it back without filling the gas as I was in a hurry and just had to pay a little more. Thanks, Jonathan :)

Very affordable prices. The absolute best part of the trip was being able to explore the island of Cozumel and have a ride back to the airport without any concern.

Jonathan was waiting for us at the airport with the jeeps and we said what we agreed to. He has been very attentive and I have appreciated his good work.

You need to have realistic expectations going into the deal. The Jeeps are well loved and very used, which is why they are priced more competitively. We rented 2 Jeeps from them. One didn't start on the day we put gas in the cars, and Jonathan had a new Jeep brought out quickly to have a minimal impact on our vacation. For the price, I would rent here again as long a our process of giving the cars back goes smoothly.

This is the best place to rent scooters from. And Danny is a first class service guy. They are always there for me , my friends and my family. The best part is that if something happens they are right there to fix the situation. I have rented from other places but this place is the best. Fair and honest , they aren’t trying to play you. I recommend this place to everyone that goes to Cozumel.

Daniel at Sharkrider was fantastic. A fair price with extra insurance was agreed on thru WhatsApp ahead of time. He delivered the car to us at our condo on time. The car was as described and expected, it worked great. there was no funny business and no extra fees (we even added myself as a driver). The return of the car was a simple walk around and a check of the gas gage, then he returned my CC slip that was used as a deposit. Super Easy. We are happy customers!

Our experience renting a scooter with SharkRider was excellent! We rented at the last minute without a reservation and they were perfect. They delivered it to our hotel, explained to me how to use it, and were very flexible and responsive to any messages. We had a blast with the scooter! To top it off it was the cheapest rental company I could find! Andrés who works there was so very helpful!

Great customer service with Daniel!! He’s the best, works hard to make you happy. Really outstanding service by him. Picks up and delivers! Best prices most efficient service friendly fair and honest I won’t rent from anyone else when I’m on Cozumel!

Very convenient. I inquired about a rental car and within an hour they delivered it to our airbnb. Automatic with ac! Great service. The rate was excellent. They offered full coverage insurance, but luckily we didn't need it so I don't know what that process would have been like with them if we had, hopefully good.. We will definitely use them next time :)

I am from Canada and I found Daniel was a very helpful and honest guy. It was hard to find a trustworthy rental and this is for sure one of them. They were very professional and transparent. Had a very affordable automatic transmission Nissan vehicle. Car wasnt perfect since it had some denrs but it worked really well I would for sure come back here to rent again! Its worth it

Great service. Contacted them the day before arriving in Cozumel on WhatsApp about renting a scooter. Quick at responding and answering questions. They gave me a great deal on the scooter (250 pesos a day). It was a nice quality automatic scooter. Also, you can rent snorkel gear here as well (fins, mask and snorkel) for 100 pesos/day.

We extended our stay and just messaged them to tell them, and they let us pay for the extra day when we returned the scooter and snorkel gear the next morning.

Highly recommend this place and will be coming back next time.

Daniel was very helpful. Reserved five bikes for our group. Scooters were in very good condition. Will come back for sure. We have been using shark rider rental for years

We rented a moped for 2 days. The rate was average but the deposit is the lowest we've seen! The whole process from walking in to riding away took probably 15 minutes.
The moped looked nearly new and was very comfortable to ride around the island.
The return process was smooth. We got our deposit back.

Daniel from SharkRider rental was great to work with and set my wife and I up last minute with a sweet scooter to tour the island with. Awesome staff and I would recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to get me change and setup my partner for success. We rented one scooter with full coverage (600 peso total). Scooter wasn't "new" but worked fine and allowed us to travel the coast and go snorkeling. It's clear that the vehicles are being used a lot, probably everyday too. For the price, this was well worth it imo! Thank you to the staff for helping us and we forward to visiting again. Cheers!

Best service ever! Agustin is a really cool guy, super helpful and rents to quality scooters including some of the best tips for Cozumel. Highly recommended!

Our experience was great. Andres was amazing and stayed in communication at all times. Daniel was so sweet to drop us off at airport
