Love this store has best prices

These people are scammers. Kids holding items while we were walking around the store. They accused them of trying to steal while we were still in the store shopping.
Told us we had to pay 4 times the amount and not have the merchandise or else they were calling the police. Scared the kids to death… very emotional people who say they can’t speak English. Gave them money just so we could leave without feeling like we’d be detained and miss our boat. Don’t trust these people.

I hope I can give it negative number of stars. The worst shopping experience in this cruise trip and ever. The owner knows you are not coming back or only have a few hours left to board the ship, so they feel like they can get away with anything they do to their customers. They were rude, cheated us on the exchange rate, and t-shirts do not have the right sizes as indicated. A real culture shock for cruisers from North America!

RUDE PEOPLE! Because they have a corner store off the Princess terminal and have the foot traffic, the employees treat tourists rudely! Don’t bother asking them a question because they act like you’re bothering them. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Odd behavior, as if you can't search through the merchandise. Moreover, they know that you can't check the currency conversion due to lousy internet so they charge extra especially if you use a card. I'd avoid this store in the future.

If you are American, do not buy from this store. They disrespectfully call XXL shirts a jumbo size. They. Need marketing assistance to help them translate better and not present it as a joke.

We purchased about $100 of merchandise from this shop and forgot one of our bags that we bought in the store. After our excursion we realized that we forgot it and went back. When we showed them the receipt they did not let us get the bag we left behind. There was 8 of us and it was only a couple of hours later. Would not recommend this shop. All they care about is money, even if it negatively affects their customers.

When we were shopping there; the employees/owners were being flat out rude and mean to my family and I. We spent $80+ in their shop. We bought 6 bags but they only gave us 5 , and when we went to go pick up the bag later on in the day when we came back through the mall; they dismissed us. We never got our last bag even after showing them the receipt and that we only had 5 bags. They were yelling and being rude and I didn’t appreciate that at all. They only care about the money and I wish we could have returned everything and taken our business somewhere else where the people actually cared about you and your experience. Definitely would NOT recommend this place!

Visited this shop in Dec 19th 2022. This shop Joy Bay charged me $189.00 for something I didn’t purchase after I left the shop. I only purchased around $32.00 worth of items for which they also charged me for. Do not use your credit card at this shop. Beware beware beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
