The staff is very friendly and helpful. We purchased two Del Sol shirts and realized that one shirt had a defect immediately after leaving. The same associate allowed us to swap the merchandise with ease.

I forgot my glasses so I snagged a new pair here and I have not been disappointed. The lenses are polarized and provide protection against UVA and UVB rays. As I just got the glasses I haven’t had to use the warranty but Del Sol says they will replace them if they’re lost, stolen, or damaged. I’ll edit this review once I’ve made a claim for a new pair. Zach (Zack?) from Australia helped me out and answered all of my many questions. He had been called in considerably early to work so I was also impressed with his cheerfulness.

I have a new clothing obsession. Thanks alot Del-Sol. Lol, the shirt I got from here was made in Honduras and the fit is great! I got another shirt in Costa Maya from Del-Sol, same size.. yet it was made in India and the fit was too big! Love the color changing though!

Ordered two items from here in late August while on vacation. Still haven't received the items nor any update from them. Disputed it with my credit company but this place keeps feeding them lies that its a legit transaction. This sorry company scammed me.

Although the associates are very sweet and friendly It is the corporation the company that has bad Business Services. You are told one thing and they do not follow through. I am very disappointed in the service the lack of service and what was promised. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. They are very deceiving.
