Staff are exceptionally welcoming, helpful and lovely. From reception, waiting service and kitchen. The food is great, good prices. Very pleasant gardens with pool. Separate bar with pool table. Perfect view of Mount Kilimanjaro from the roof top. Great location. Would recommend to everyone!

Mary in the gift shop was the best. She is very kind and gives the best hugs. Tell her hi for me, if you see her. The hotel gift shop rates were the most affordable we found the entire trip. Def stock up on gifts for friends and family here.

There is a cute bar in the court yard. Lots of people used the pool. Food was good. No complaints about our stay. Tips: if you need a wash cloth or a hand towel, just ask for one. They also provide laundry service at this hotel. If you need things washed, make sure to plan time for them to do it.

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this lodge. The room in the little hut was nice in particular. Staff were super friendly and very helpful, always with a smile on their face. The little gift shop has many unique souvenirs, all reasonably priced. Food was delicious too, though the kitchen was severely understaffed - would be a good idea to hire more people and trim the menu a bit.

Nice hotel and Good customer care. I have been there three times and really i enjoyed the environment in general, nice rooms and air condition. People there are awesome. Always have happy faces.

The people are very welcoming and nice. You are greeted with a smile when you arrive, along with a glass of refreshing juice.
You are taken to your room/cabin while your bags are carried for you.
Great food, refreshing pool (with a pool bar).

Spent an afternoon at the pool and this place is amazing! Would highly recommend staying, they have rooms overlooking the pool as well as bungalows. All of the staff were so nice and the food and drinks were delicious!

Its cool and quite it gives you a peace of mind and confortability the waiters are so nice,charming and sharp on providing the services! The food are delicious and affordable! Rooms are big and well decorated and arranged! Nice place to be!!

The team at Panama Garden do a lovely job with things. The pool is phenomenal now. Rooms are tidy, clean, and air conditioned (and I loved my bungalow!). The resort has mostly made it through the earlier growing pains some reviewers and management commented on earlier - really the nicest staff around who will do their best to help you! Two pieces of advice would be to allow guests to charge directly to their room for food/bev and pay at the end as it can get tiresome paying individually for each soft drink, the second would be to reduce the number of options on the menu. Given the size of the kitchen staff, as much as I appreciate the effort to have dozens of dishes on offer, would probably be best to shift to a model of 5-6 staple dishes and a Special dish for the evening in addition to the regular menu. This would also encourage more travelers to taste some local food and not just order what they're familiar with. Very very well done team!

Location is amazing, it's located at a quaint place away from city's hustle. Staff has tried their best to provide services and are very helpful. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay here.

Stayed one night at the hotel and much enjoyed the hospitality, the full breakfast, and tasty lunch that we had there. There was a "Swahili Palao" brown rice that was outstanding with fish or chicken. Our luggage was delivered a day late by an uncaring Turkish Airlines and the support and attention from the hotel staff was most welcome. A special thank you to Anita, the assistant manager, who directed her shuttle driver to help us get basic supplies while we waited for our bags. Asante sana!

I loved this place it was so clean the staff all round was fantastic loved the cooks and waiters so friendly and helpful I would go back tomorrow and 100% recommend the food it was lovely and rooms was also.
