Truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I called to ask a few questions about my online order. They were helpful and friendly. Not only did they text me pics of the balloons they were going to use before fulfilling my order, but they also texted me a pic of the balloons alongside the larger house setup upon delivery. I imagine they can't promise to always be THIS responsive (I live out of town and this was a same-day order) but it was an easy and positive experience from my end. The balloons looked awesome, too. Would recommend.

Delora and Funtastic Balloon Creations were beyond helpful. I had a very last minute request for a balloon delivery and they made it possible without hesitation. Delora let me send her photos of my vision for the balloons and then we worked together to make it perfect. All of this many miles away, while I was in Los Angles. The delivery was perfect as she arrived at the best time and totally surprised my friend. Delora and Funtastic Balloon Creations exceeded my expectations and pulled off the best surprise. The balloon bouquet made my friend's birthday and I could not be happier with my experience. Not only was the customer service amazing, but the price was very fair, the delivery was perfect and the balloon bouquet exceeded expectations.

It's nice to know that "at the last minute" you can walk into Funtastic Balloon Creations and have a custom, made-to-order, creation. No long lines, no big store to walk through, no hassles. Excellent customer service and professionalism. The have a large selection of colors and help you with unique ideas. The quality of the balloon material is superior! My son's birthday balloons stayed floating for 2 weeks after we bought them. I love how they specialized the balloon with his name and age. You will not be disappointed! I love that it is family owned and operated and will return for all my balloon needs!

I live in St Louis and I was needing to make sure my son in Kansas received a very special Valentine’s balloon bouquet and these two very personable and outstanding business owners made sure it happened!!! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! First: a real live person answered the phone (Delora) and she could NOT have been more helpful! We live out of town and were wanting to send something to our daughter who lives there. I had so many questions (and oh gosh, how soon can you deliver?)! She took the time to listen to what my idea was, talked me through what she thought would be cheeriest for our daughter .... and then PERSONALLY DELIVERED IT! In an automated world, working with this business was a bright spot in a cloudy sky! This will definitely be our KC go-to for flower and gift deliveries!!

This company was excellent to work with. They met me several times to help me decide what I wanted, they were flexible when problems came up with design and budget, and helped me work out a solution. They were on time every time we met--and were friendly and courteous to boot! I would highly recommend using this firm.

This place is SUPER. On my granddaughters graduation party we stopped by to get the balloons, lots of big balloons, When he heard we were making other stops he volunteered to bring them to the house the next morning. He said even a few minutes in a hot car could cause them to explode.Can you just imagine driving down I-70 and all these balloons explode? Funtastic Balloons saved the party and probably a wreck. Great people, Great, job. Next time we need balloons we will be back.

These guys were awesome! We booked them site unseen for our wedding in Columbia and they nailed it! Such a joy to work with and great communication. Definitely recommend.

Unique gift ideas and great local family own the business. You can get a better product that lasts longer for about the same price as going to party store or grocery store, but you're keeping your dollars in the community. Wanted a special dragon balloon created for our grandson. They went out of their way to get the Mylar ballon I wanted and personally delivered these. Awesome people very caring and professional 😊👏
